| Objective:To analyse and explore the medicine laws in menopausal syndrome treatment of the modern traditional Chinese medicine;To observe clinical effect of the new prescription.Methods:by looking up the literature about MPS in CNKI,analyse the medicine laws in menopausal syndrome treatment of the modern traditional Chinese medicine using traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform,reformulate new prescription.Observate endocrine levels(E2,FSH,LH)of 30 MPS patients with new prescription before and 8 weeks after treatment,and improved conditions of home improvement kupperman score and TCM syndrome score.Results:The MPS treatment of modern traditional Chinese medicine mainly include tonics for deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs,astringent drugs and tranquilizer drugs.The four nature are mainly cold,warm and moderate.The five flavors are mainly sweetish,bitter and pungent.Forming 34 commomly used medicine pairs,24 association rules,10 core drug combinations,and further envolved 8 prescripitions.Reformulate The patients’ deferent level of E2,LH,FSH are significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).The deferences of home improvement kupperman score and TCM syndrome score are statistically significant(P<0.01).The efficiency of single TCM symptoms respectively is:tidal fever and sweatiness 90%,menstrual disorder 86.67%,sentiment abnormality 93.33%,and so on.The overall severity of the disease was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01).The clinical comprehensive curative effect,the total effeciency was 93.33%,and the rate of recorvey and marked efficiency was 70%.Conclusion:The modern Chinese medicine treatment of MPS is tonifying kidney,n ourishing blood and smoothing the liver.Etiology and pathogenesis is mainly for the kidney Yin deficiency,blood deficiency liver depression.New prescription clinical curative effect is significantly reliable,and can be used as a new way of thinking and method for the treatment of MPS. |
