Based On Data Mining Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Vaginal Bleeding After Drug Flow And Clinical Study Of The New Prescription

Objective:Exploring and analyzing the drug rule of vaginal bleeding after modern Chinese medicine prevention and treatment,Observe the clinical efficacy of the new prescription.Methods:1.Literature research section: The Chinese medicine clinical research literature on vaginal bleeding after the drug flow was collected from the AVI database,the Chinese journal database CNKI and the Wanfang Medical Database from April 1989 to March 2018,using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform(V2.5)" software.The prescription drug rule is studied and analyzed and the prescription is obtained.2.Clinical observation: According to the dialectical medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescriptions were re-planned and applied to the clinic.Results: 1.Literature research: A total of 107 articles in accordance with the standards were collected from more than 900 documents collected.A total of 169 Chinese herbal medicines,including 124 Chinese medicines,were analyzed for drug classification,frequency,classics and common drugs,through the clustering of 8 new prescriptions.2.In the clinical observation section: the total effective rate of shortening the hemostasis time and reducing the amount of bleeding after administration was 96.7%.TCM syndrome scores were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).There is no significant difference in uterine cavity residuals,probably due to the small sample size.Conclusion: 1.Through the data mining of prescription medication rules in the literature related to vaginal bleeding after drug flow,it is concluded that the drug taste is mainly warm and sweet,and the return is mostly liver,heart and spleen.The specific distribution and pathogenesis syndrome Equals.According to the drug test,the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly the blood stasis of the meridian cell,and the treatment is mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.2.The new prescriptions obtained in the clinical differentiation and subtraction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the bleeding time and reduce the amount of bleeding.
