Research On The Construction And Evolution Of Medical Waste Logistics System

Medical waste stream management is related to the health environment and people’s health,but the medical waste stream is not an isolated logistics problem.It is necessary to build an effective medical waste stream disposal system from the entire perspective of society.Based on the complexity of medical waste logistics system,this paper uses subj ect-based modeling method(ABM)to study the evolution mechanism of medical waste logistics system,and provides theoretical support and design reference for real system optimization.Firstly,based on the functional analysis of each subj ect in the medical waste recycling behavior,the medical waste recycling system was designed as a whole.The ABM method is used to analyze the internal evolution model of each participating entity(hospital group,transportation company,treatment plant,government and non-government organization)and the interaction between various entities in the logistics system to construct a medical waste logistics system society.Behavioral interaction model,analysis and design of the participation of each subject,so that the evolutionary modeling of the system is more in line with the actual situation.Secondly,in view of the uneven internal management level of the hospital group and the limitations of its own improvement,relying on the background of "medical association",design the cooperation mechanism between the tertiary hospital and the basic hospital,and construct the evolutionary game model of the hospital group cooperation;consider the reality Introduce external incentives in the cooperation mechanism,and construct a hospital-based cooperative evolutionary game model under direct government intervention.Mainly through the research of the evolution of the medical waste logistics system under the cooperation mechanism and the improvement of relevant performance indicators,it provides a new way for the improvement of medical waste management level.Finally,based on the data of Beijing medical waste logistics system researched in the field,the social behavior simulation system of medical waste logistics system was established.The simulation experiment of the example model explores the impact of different improvement strategies on the choice of hospital group strategy and the overall evolution of the hospital group under the cooperation mechanism.From the simulation results,the cooperation mechanism can effectively reduce the cost of the system and improve the management level of medical waste.The government’s implementation of direct control and indirect coordination or the even distribution of limited hospitals to two strategies can better achieve the cooperation mechanism and the better overall system performance.
