Research On Co-Opetition Mechanism Between Pharmaceutical Enterprises And Third-Party Logistics In Drug Distribution Of Medical Community

In recent years,with the continuous promotion of medical and health system reform,the public’s demand for medical institutions’ services has become increasingly high.In terms of the current development status of the medical community model,there are still many problems in drug delivery.For example,in grassroots areas,users are scattered,there are a wide variety of drugs,and the frequency of drug delivery is high.The county-level transportation network of pharmaceutical enterprises is backward,which cannot meet the needs of drug delivery in grassroots areas.Therefore,establishing a reasonable drug distribution plan has become the first choice for medical communities to solve drug distribution problems.With the third-party logistics joining the drug distribution industry,the introduction of third-party logistics into the drug distribution of the medical community can solve the shortage of the county drug transportation network for pharmaceutical enterprises and help solve the drug shortage problem of the medical community.Based on this point,from the perspective of coexistence of competition and cooperation,this paper demonstrates and studies the competition cooperation game relationship between pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the medical community.This article adopts evolutionary game theory and methods,as well as income distribution method.First of all,this paper describes the current situation of pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the Medical Community,and analyzes the relevant factors of competition and cooperation behavior.Secondly,this paper constructs an evolutionary model of the competition and cooperation behavior between pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the medical community,and studies the evolution process of cooperation or competition strategies between pharmaceutical enterprises and thirdparty logistics through the income matrix table,evolutionary game replication dynamic equation and sensitivity analysis methods.Then,based on the Shapley value method and Nash negotiation method,the income distribution model of pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the medical community was constructed.Using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method,the comprehensive weight of the main factors affecting income distribution was calculated,the common income was revised and the final reasonable and fair income distribution scheme was obtained.Based on the aforementioned research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The factors that affect the competition and cooperation between pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the Medical Community mainly include the initial input costs of both parties,the normal benefits of independent distribution of both parties,the incentive policies of pharmaceutical enterprises for third-party logistics,the additional benefits generated by the contracts of both parties,and the innovation capabilities of both enterprises.(2)The analysis of(cooperation,cooperation)is the expected evolutionary stability strategy,and it is concluded that the cooperation stability strategy between pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the medical community is positively related to the incremental benefits of cooperation,liquidated damages,incentive and constraint degree of both parties,and for pharmaceutical enterprises,the incremental benefits of cooperation are more sensitive,while third-party logistics enterprises are more sensitive to liquidated damages.(3)Income distribution is the main factor that affects the stability of cooperation between pharmaceutical enterprises and third-party logistics in the drug distribution of the Medical Community.When the income is less than the two parties acting alone,the cooperation between the two parties will break down;When the revenue exceeds the individual actions of both parties,and by introducing influencing factors to modify the initial revenue distribution,it promotes efficient and stable cooperation between both parties.
