| Objective: In this study,we observed changes in inflammatory factors such as serum amylase,C-reactive protein, and interleukin-6,to investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Dachaihu Decoction retention enema on the treatment of early stage of acute pancreatitis.By changes in the above factors, provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of acute pancreatitis using Dachaihu Decoction retention enema. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2019,32 patients with acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the hospital from the General Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated routinely according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis(2014),the treatment group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction retention enema on the basis of conventional treatment.Changes in serum amylase,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein were observed before treatment,on the third day during treatment, and on the seventh day. Results: In this clinical trial, the time of disappearance of abdominal pain, and the time of spontaneous defecation were significantly improved in both group patients. These are statistically significant. The level of inflammatory markers in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment. After comparing the two groups,it can be seen that the serum amylase,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction retention enema plays a same role in controlling the inflammatory response of acute pancreatitis,However, there are significant differences in clinical efficacy. Moreover, there were no obvious clinical adverse events, the safety of this treatment method is reliable,Clinically, the use of Dachaihu Decoction retention enema for the treatment of acute pancreatitis is valuable. |
