| Objective To clarify the preventive effect of electroacupuncture at the Baliao Point on urinary retention after the hemorrhoid surgery,compare the electroacupuncture group with the operation group in many ways including the incidence of urinary retention,the first urination time,the first urination volume,the voiding symptoms,urinary efficacy and the pain in 6h after surgery,aiming at providing a new idea for preventing urinary retention after the hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and the operation group according by the random number table.There were 33 patients in the electroacupuncture group and 35 patients in the operation group.No intervention was performed after the operation group.The electroacupuncture group was given 30-minute electroacupuncture at the Baliao point on the basis of the operation group.Compare the electroacupuncture group with the operation group in many ways including the incidence of urinary retention,the first urination time,the first urination volume,the voiding symptoms,urinary efficacy and the pain in 6h after surgery.Result The two groups of the electroacupuncture group and the operation group were all tested,without falling and quitting.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(p>0.05).The incidence of urinary retention,the first urination time,the first urination volume,urinary efficacy and the pain in 6h after surgery in the electroacupuncture group were better than those in the surgery group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the voiding symptoms between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions Electroacupuncture Baliao point after the hemorrhoid surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention,shorten the time of first urination,reduce the symptoms of urination,enhance the efficacy of urination,reduce the pain in 6h after surgery. |
