| Purpose : The pelvic floor tendon syndrome was treated with the Baliao point electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.The clinical efficacy was observed by Longo ODS,CSS and quality of life questionnaire and anal pressure measurement.Material and method:Sixty patients who were admitted to the constipation and pelvic floor clinics of Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from October 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method(30 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with Baliao acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and the control group was treated with lactulose oral combined with biofeedback.The two groups were treated for 1 month,and the Longo ODS score sheet,quality of life questionnaire,and chronic constipation severity score(CSS)were used.And rectal anal pressure measurement,the data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded for statistical analysis.Results : There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total scores of the symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of the scale evaluation were compared with the control group,and the patients in the observation group were treated with constipation.Physiological and psychological improvement,and quality of life improved;anal pressure test results,compared with the control group,the anal canal resting pressure and defecation pressure of the observation group were improved compared with the previous(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baliao acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema can effectively treat pelvic floor tendon syndrome.Although the therapeutic effect is comparable to that of the control group,it can significantly improve the symptoms of pelvic floor tendon syndrome,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve patients.The physiological and psychological state can be widely used in clinical practice. |
