Expression And Clinical Significance Of P53 And Ki67 In Breast Cancer Tissues | | Posted on:2020-06-01 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H Q Huang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330572976936 | Subject:Surgery | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: To detect the expression of p53 and Ki67 in Breast Cancer Tissues with the purpose of analyzing the correlation between the expression of p53 and Ki67 with the clinical and pathological characteristics of breast cancer and discussing the clinical significance of the positive expression in p53 and Ki-67.Methods: Collect the data of 80 patients that accept systemic treatment in Dalian Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital from November 2014 to June 2016 and analyze the collected data.Comparing the expression of p53,Ki67 and the clinical and pathological characteristics including age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and the expressions of ER,PR by statistics analyze.Results: 43 cases of tissue p53 positive and 37 cases of tissue p53 negative in the80 breast cancer patients,the positive rate is 53.75%(43/80).56 cases of tissue Ki-67 positive and 24 cases of tissue Ki-67 negative in the 80 breast cancer patients,the positive rate is 70%(56/80).We analyzed the relationship between tissue p53 status and clinicopathologic features,the results showed that the expression of p53 was not related to tumor size,ER or PR(P>0.05).However,the expression of p53 was correlated with lymph node metastases and age factor(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was not related to the expression of ER,PR(P>0.05)and was correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor size and age(P<0.05).What’s more,the co-expression of p53 and Ki-67 was correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor size and age(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of p53 in breast cancer tissue is closely related to the expression of Ki-67 and the axillary lymph node metastasis,the expression of Ki-67 of cancer tissue and the expression of breast cancer patients with PR,axillary lymph node metastasis are closely related.What’s more,the co-expression of p53 and Ki-67 was correlated with the cancer patients with axillary lymph node metastasis.Therefore,the expression of p53 and Ki-67 are closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer,and the examination of these two indicators can help to determine the prognosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breast cancer, p53, Ki67, Immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
