| Objective: To sort out the evolution process of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors”theory,to explore the origin of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors”,to explain the connotation of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors”,and to analyze the clinical significance of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors”,so as to lay a foundation for the innovative development of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors” theory and to promote the application of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors” theory in clinical practice. Methods: Using the methods of literature research and using the terms of "Five endogenous pathogenic factors","endogenous wind","endogenous cold","endogenous dampness","endogenous fire(heat)" and "endogenous dryness" as search terms, this paper searches the database of “Chinese Medical Code” and the database of China Knowledge Network from January 1950 to March 2019.At the same time,it also searches the school paper books and electronic books, and then classifies the collected data.Na carding and research.Conclusion:(1)The theory system of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors” originated from the《Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine》,which has been developed in many historical periods, such as Han,Tang,Song,Jin,Yuan,Ming,Qing and modern times, and has been enriched with a large number of medical practices, making the theory system perfect. However,in the process of development and evolution, this theoretical system is not promoted in a coordinated way as a whole, but has different evolution paths in five aspects: “endogenous wind”,“endogenous cold”,“endogenous humidity”,“endogenous fire(heat)”,“endogenous dryness” and so on.At the same time, the time course of evolution is not identical, but finally the evolution and development of the five aspects have reached a convergence, forming an independent and interrelated one.A relatively complete theoretical system.(2)Although the five theoretical systems of “endogenous wind”,“endogenous cold”,“endogenous fire(heat)”,“endogenous dampness” and “endogenous dryness” are not synchronized in their respective development process, they are closely related to the development of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. That is to say, during the peak and breakthrough period of the development of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, the theory of “Five endogenous pathogenic factors” often makes great progress.(3)The formation mechanism of "endogenous wind" is mainly hot pole wind,liver-yang wind,Yin-deficiency wind,blood-deficiency wind and blood-dryness wind. They all emphasize the close relationship with the evil of the five Zang organs, and phlegm-blood stasis wind has gradually attracted attention.(4)The understanding of fire in《Shangshu Hongfan》has promoted the understanding of fire and “endogenous fire” in traditional Chinese medicine. The formation mechanism of internal fire is mainly Yang Shenghua wind, evil depression wind,Wuzhihua fire and Yin deficiency wind, which have been generally recognized, while Yang deficiency fire, blood deficiency fire and Qi deficiency fire are gradually recognized, but on top of Yang deficiency fire, the heat is cold and the heat is cold outside. The pathogenesis of heat and internal cold has not been included in the current textbooks of TCM colleges and universities. The pathogenesis of heat and internal cold under the heat of Yang deficiency is seldom mentioned by scholars in the current textbooks.(5)The mechanism and manifestation of the formation of "Endogenous cold" are mainly Yang deficiency, that is,Yang deficiency is cold.Yang deficiency can occur in all the five Zang organs, but especially in spleen and kidney yang deficiency.(6)"Endogenous dampness" is closely related not only to the spleen, but also to the transpiration and gasification of kidney, water and kidney.(7)"Endogenous dryness" is caused by many factors, such as internal heat, eating hot and spicy, emotional depression and fire or cold condensation machine, body fluid is not distributed can cause dryness, the general treatment method is mainly nourishing yin andmoistening dryness. |
