Analysis The Effect Of Microbotox Botulinum Toxin Type A In The Promotion Of Lower Face

Objective:To investigate the effects of microbotox botulinum toxin type A injc-tionon the lower face.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,28cases of lower face lifting sur-gery by botulinum toxin type A injection were collected from the plastic surgey department of Yanbian University affiliated Hospital.20 of them were selected as research object and the related effects were analyzed In this study,botulinu m toxin type A was injected symmetrically into the depressor anguli oris mus-cle and theplatysma muscle in the marginal region of mandible.Observe theele-vation effect of the surgery by measuring changes in the profile of the lower face.Standardized shooting,using Adobe Lightroom CC used iris measurement ruler and Digimzer to locate pixels and image to measure the amplitude of low er face lift(mm)before and alter the injection,and calculated the angle elevati on data of mandibular margin area(°).The data measured before and after inj-ection were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:Of the 20 cases in this group,1 case showed ecchymosis of injection point,no vocal difficulty,weakness of neck muscle and dysohagia.The treatme nt dose of botulinum toxin A was 17.6 u per side.Before the treatment,the dis-tance between the horizontal line of the lip and the A1、A2 of the mandibular margin was(42.77±1.57)mm,(42.77±1.57)mm respectively.One month after the treatment,the distance was(43.85±1.61)mm,(43.85±1.61)mm,which incre ased by(1.08±0.04)mm,(1.08±0.04)mm,compared with that before treatment.The distance between the vertical line(parallel to the lineae mediana anrior)through the center of the iris and the horizontal line from the submental point at the intersection of the mandibular margin B1、B2 was(9.36±2.34)mm,(9.82±2.39)mm;1 month after treatment the distance(10.29±2.62)mm,(11.31±2.23)mm,compared with the preoperative comparison(1.53±0.28)mm,(1.49±0.16)mm respectively.The distance between thevertical line of the point in A1B1 and A2 B2 and the focal point C1 and C2 of the lower jaw was(21.15±2.70)mm,(21.51±2.70)mm,and the distance after treatment 1 month later was(22.77±2.40)mm,(23.48±2.43mm,which increased by(1.62±0.30)mm,(2.33±0.27)mm res-pectively.Set the submental points is G,before treatment ∠A1GA2/∠B1GB2、∠C1GC2 were(110.98±3.23)degrees,(140.36±11.61)degrees and(130.71±4.65)deg-rees respectively.One month after the treatment,the angles were(108.91±2.90)degrees(138.58±14.23)degrees and(127.57±4.73)degrees.The p value of the above data is less than 0.05,which has statistical significance.Conclusion:The effect of microbotox botulinum toxin type A on lower face is satisfactory and effective,that the dosage of drug use is lower than that of tradi-tional injection and the ideal lifting effective,it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
