The Control Study Of Tissue-Selecting Therapy Stapler Plus External Hemorrhoids And Hemorrhoidectomy In Prolapse Hemorrhoids

Objective:Comparative analysis of Tissue-Selecting Therapy stapler plus external hemorrhoids and hemorrhoidectomy in prolapse hemorrhoids in effect.Methods:In our hospital from June 2014-2016 December Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids with skin tag or varicose veins in 110 patients,according to the randomization principle,divided into treatment group and control group,the control group of 55 patients undergoing Milligan Morgan operation(Milligan-Morgan operation)treatment,treatment group 55 cases of TST patients with surgery linear external hemorrhoids resection,compared two groups of patients with operation index and postoperative pain,anal edema,urination and defecation scores,were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups,and the recovery of anal f’unction in patients with postoperative infection compared,The measurement of anorectal pressure was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)the operation time,the amount of blood loss and the length of stay in the control group were more than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).(2)the scores of postoperative pain and anal edema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of urination and defecation between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)the total effective rate was 71.73%in the control group compared with 94.55%in the treatment group(P<0.05).(4)there was no significant difference in postoperative infection and anal function between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Two groups of postoperative anal maximal systolic blood pressure and anal resting pressure were decreased significantly(P<0.05),postoperative treatment group January anal maximal systolic blood pressure and anal resting pressure was lower than the control group(P<0.05),postoperative rectal maximum volume threshold January treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TST linear combined with external hemorrhoids resection in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids retains the advantages of TST with good effect,minimally invasive,and can effectively reduce anal valgus,make the anus more smooth,improve the satisfaction of-patients for operation,while expanding the range of’ indications of TST,which has certain clinical value.
