Clinical Study On The Centro-square Needle Combined With Medical Moxibustion On Chronic Traumatic Synovitis In Knee Joint

Objective:This study by observing the clinical effects of the centro-square needle combined with medicinal moxibustion(treatment group)and oral synovitis granules(control group)on chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint,comparing the differences between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two methods were objectively evaluated through statistical analysis,to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of synovitis of knee joint.Methods:In this study,72 patients with chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint(all fro m the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese M edicine,Sheng ai Chinese Medicine Museum)who met the inclusion criteria we re randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in e ach group.The treatment group was treated with the centro-square needle combi ned with medicinal moxibustion,while the control group was treated with oral synovitis granules.The treatment method is acupuncture once a day and five times a week.Oral synovitis granules are taken 3 times a day,1 bag each time,7 times a week.Both groups take 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and the tre atment cycle is 2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the scoringre sults were recorded and statistically analyzed with reference to visual analog VA S pain score,Lysholm knee joint scoring scale and HSS knee joint scoringsyste m respectively.Finally,comprehensive curative effect evaluation was carriedout.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.22%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.22%,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The visual analogue VAS pain score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,P<0.001.The VAS pain score of the control group was lower than that before treatment,P<0.001,indicating that both methods can alleviate the pain symptoms.After treatment,the VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.3.After treatment,the scores of Lysholm knee joints were higher than those before treatment,P<0.001,indicating that both treatments have clinical curative effect on the treatment of this disease;and the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group,P<0.05.It indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing the degree of knee joint symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients.4.After treatment,the HSS knee joint scores of the two groups were increased to different degrees before treatment,P< 0.001,indicating that the two treatment methods have curative effect on improving knee joint function dysfunction;the treatment group is superior to the control group,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the degree of dysfunction in patients with synovitis.Conclusion:1.the Centro-square needle combined with medicinal moxibustion and oral synovitis granules can effectively treat chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint.2.the Centro-square needle combined with medicinal moxibustion has obvious advantages in treating traumatic synovitis of knee joint compared with oral synovitis granules alone.and has obvious improvement in alleviating joint swelling andpain degree of patients with synovitis,recovering joint motion function and improving the quality of life of patients with synovitis.No adverse reactions were found in the course of treatment.
