Clinical Effect Of Acupotomology On Chronic Traumatic Synovitis Of Knee Joint Under The Guidance Of Tendons Theory

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of knee chronic traumatic synovitis,observe the clinical data score and relevant efficacy,provide a reliable scientific basis for the treatment of chronic knee traumatic synovitis,and verify the feasibility and clinical effect of chronic knee traumatic synovitis.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint from the outpatient department of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(acumotomology group and closed group)with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The acupotomology group underwent acupotomology incision and release after local anesthesia.Patients in the closure group were treated with local closure.6-7 days for a course of treatment,treatment for 3 consecutive courses,3 treatment fails to stop.VAS score,Lysholm score,HS score and clinical efficacy analysis were used as clinical observation indexes and recorded analysis.Results:No statistical significance in both groups(p>0.05).1.VAS score:the comparison of scores before and after treatment between the two groups was t=14.340,P=0.000;T=11.417,P=0.000,(P<0.01)were statistically significant.After treatment,the scores between the two groups were t=4.762,P=0.000(P<0.01),and the results were statistically different.2.The scores of Lysholm and Lysholm groups before and after treatment were:t=27.516,P=0.000;T=20.983,P=0.000,(P<0.01)was statistically significant;After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared t=9.489,P=0.000,(P<0.01),and there was a significant statistical difference,indicating that the acupotomology group was superior to the sealing group.3.HSS knee scores:the comparison of scores before and after treatment between acupotomy group and seal group was:t=34.694,P=0.000;T=23.942,P=0.000(P<0.01),which was statistically significant;After treatment,the score comparison between the two groups was t=8.152,P=0.000(P<0.01),and there was a significant statistical difference,indicating that the efficacy of acupotomology group was better than that of the sealing group.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation:After statistical Ridit analysis,the needle group was better than the closed group,96.7%,86.7%respectively;and R=8.93 0,P=0.03 0<0.05,had statistical significance and had significant differences.Conclusion:Although both acupotomy therapy and sealing therapy have a certain effect on chronic traumatic synovitis of the knee,acupotomy therapy is obviously superior to sealing therapy.Releasing the focal points and soft tissues around the knee joint with acupotomology under the guidance of meridian theory can effectively reduce the internal tension stress of the knee joint,improve local blood supply,promote the absorption of inflammatory substances,achieve the effect of reducing swelling and relieving pain,further improve the joint dysfunction,and restore the balance of mechanical strength.Moreover,acupotomology treatment has certain safety,good therapeutic effect,short operation time,no obvious side effects,low cost,easy to be accepted by patients,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
