Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hashimoto Thyroiditis With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency By Chaishaoxiaoying Decoction

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect and safety of chai shao xiao ying decoction in the treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods:80 patients included in the standard of hashimoto thyroiditis(liver depression and spleen deficiency)patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group with western medicine treatment: levothyroxine sodium tablets,the treatment group on the basis of the western medicine add chaishaoxiaoying decoction,4 weeks for a period of treatment,drug use after a period of treatment,observation contrast scale to assess efficacy before and after the treatment.The clinical symptoms,goiter,thyroid function and autoantibody changes,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were observed.Results:Thyroid function: the improvement of TSH,TGAb and TPOAb in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).TCM syndromes: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 70%,which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).2.The improvement of primary and secondary syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Safety indicators: no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the safety indicators had no statistical significance before and after treatment.Conclusion:Chaishao xiaoyin decoction can effectively coordinate with levothyroxine sodium tablets to assist in regulating the level of thyroid hormone in hashimoto thyroiditis patients,and effectively reduce the level of thyroid autoantibodies,improve the related symptoms of patients,the efficacy is safe,stable,no obvious toxic and side effects.
