Warming Yang And Benefiting Kidney Decoction For Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency (CKD3-4) Clinical Study

Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Warming Yang and Benefiting Kidney Decoction" on chronic kidney failure(CKD3-4 stage)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and its influence on TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients with chronic kidney failure(CKD3-4 stage)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,guided by the basic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety scientifically.Methods The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the ratio of 1:1.The experimental group was treated with basic treatment of Western medicine plus Wenyang Yishen Decoction,while the control group was treated with basic treatment of Western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.Observe and compare the total curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,curative effect and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment,and make statistical analysis.Results 1.Basic information: 62 patients were included in this study.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 68.75%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.TCM syndromes: The experimental group and the control group were better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes such as chills,fatigue and fatigue,shortness of breath and laziness,inadequate food,weakness of waist and knee,abdominal distention,etc.(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.4.Therapeutic indicators: After treatment,the comparison between the experimental group and the control group had statistical significance in increasing glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),reducing serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),cystatin C(Cyc-C),and reducing 24-hour urinary protein(24hPRO)after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in increasing glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),decreasing serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),cystatin C(Cys-C),and reducing 24-hour urinary protein(24hPRO)in the experimental group(P < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Safety indicators: Statistical analysis was made on vital signs(T,P,BP),blood routine(HGB,RBC,WBC,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),electrolyte(K,Ca,P,CO2),and so on.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type with Wenyang Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine is to improve the TCM syndromes such as cold fear,fatigue,shortness of breath and laziness,lack of appetite,weakness of waist and knee,abdominal distention,increase glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),reduce serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),cystatin C(Cys-C),24 h.In terms of urinary protein quantification(24hPRO),the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.
