Clinical Observation Of Treatting Spleen-kidney Deficiency In Chronic Renal Failure With Yishen Jianpi Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of yishen jianpi decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic renal failure(deficiency of spleen and kidney).Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.All the60 patients were diagnosed as Chronic Renal Failure(CRF)by western medicine,and the syndrome was identified as deficiency of spleen and kidney by TCM.The control group received yishen jianpi decoction orally on the basis of conventional treatment in western medicine,and the treatment group received treatment with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,with a treatment cycle of 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores,Serum creatinine(Scr)and Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups,and the differences between the groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: 1.After treatment,both groups could significantly improve renal function,and the curative effect was similar between the two groups.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),but no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).2.After treatment,both groups could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the score(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.After treatment,the effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The combination of yishen jianpi decoction with acupoint application treatment group and yishen jianpi decoction group can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure with spleen-kidney deficiency.2.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of renal function of patients with chronic renal failure with spleen-kidney deficiency in yishen jianpi decoction combined with acupoint application treatment and yishen jianpi decoction group.3.Yishen jianpi decoction combined with acupoint application treatment group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen-kidney deficiency in chronic renal failure and reduce the score of TCM symptoms.
