Clinical Study Of Acupoint Application Combined With Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: The purpose of this research is to compare the therapeutic effect of Acupoint Application Therapy on rheumatoid arthritis of cold pathogen and partial victory type with that of oral Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets.The results of the two groups are compared and analyzed,and the safety and effectiveness of Acupoint Application Therapy on rheumatoid arthritis are confirmed.The clinical trials of arthritis should be evaluated objectively and scientifically to provide a new,safe,comfortable and widely accepted treatment for rheumatoid arthritis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide an effective method of clinical treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis who volunteered to participate in the trial and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group took Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets orally,one tablet at a time,three times a day.Five days is a course of treatment and five courses of treatment.The treatment group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Acupoint Application on the basis of the control group.The acupoint sticker is applied to acupoints for 6-8 hours every day,5 days as a course of treatment,with an interval of two days and 5 courses of treatment.Results: After treatment,there were 34 cases of the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective(41.2%),16 cases were effective(47.1%),4 cases were ineffective(11.8%)and the total effective rate was 88.24%.There were 34 cases of the control group,7cases were markedly effective,accounting for 20.6%,17 cases were effective,accounting for 50.0%,10 cases were ineffective,accounting for 29.4%,and the total effective rate was70.59%.Statistical analysis showed that P = 0.028 < 0.05 in the two groups.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,acupoint application combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets is effective in treatingrheumatoid arthritis of cold-evil-biansheng type,and acupoint application combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets is better than oral Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets alone in treating rheumatoid arthritis of cold-evil-biansheng type.
