| A series of problems caused by drug abuse,such as the rise of crime rate and the increase of infectious diseases,have already become global social problems,and drugs have more imperceptibly interfered with the normal order of society.According to the tracking findings,drug students who have completed the physiological detoxification are highly likely to relapse after returning to society,and the whole group is in a vicious circle of "drug-taking--treatment--relapse--treatment".According to the investigation of psychologists,the main reason for drug addicts to relapse lies in psychological dependence,that is,drug craving and the negative emotions caused by drug craving.Based on this,many studies have adopted the mindfulness training to reduce drug craving of drug addicts.Studies have proved that mindfulness training is a group intervention program that can be widely used to improve negative emotions of drug addicts and reduce their drug craving.Mindfulness refers to a kind of purposeful,focused,non-judgmental attention,and mindfulness-based intervention refers to a series of training processes based on the theory of mindfulness.Existing research shows that the widespread addicts emotion regulation competence is poor,negative emotions is higher,in order to improve the emotion regulation competence of drug users to improve the negative mood,and reduce their drug craving,in this study,the intervention method of Mindfulness anti-relapse therapy was adopted to intervene female drug addicts in a drug rehabilitation center in Shandong province,to explore the effect of mindfulness training on the emotional regulation ability and drug craving of female drug addicts,as well as the role of self-control.This research mainly adopts the experimental group in the control group,experimental design through mindful awareness scale,Difficulty Emotion Regulation scale(DERS),drug addicts for scale and Self-Control scale(SCS)to participate in the experiment of mindfulness level addicts,emotion regulation ability,drug craving and self control before and after the test,evaluation of 8-week mindfulness intervention effect on experimental group of addicts.The results showed that 8-week mindfulness intervention could significantly improve the level of mindfulness in the experimental group and reduce their drug craving,but their emotion regulation competence did not change significantly before and after the intervention.Self-control mediates the effects of mindfulness on drug craving. |
