Objective To observe the effect of vestibule stimulation on children with hypotonic cerebral using swings.Methods A total of 40 children with hypotonic of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 20 cases in the control group and the treatment group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training.Besides routine rehabilitation training,treatment group was given vestibule stimulation.The vestibule was stimulated with a swing by the family for 3 times a week.The training was under the guidance of the therapist,for 1 hour for 10 weeks.The Chinese revision of the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development and Peabody developmental motor scale were used to evaluate the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the two groups of Chinese revision of the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development scale of intelligence,motor score and the gross motor quotient of Peabody developmental motor scale were higher than those before treatment.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of swings in vestibular stimulation can effectively improve the intelligence and motor ability of children with hypotonic of cerebral palsy.
