To Explore The Clinical Application Of Tongfa In Geriatric Diseases

Objective: Through the trace of the source and connotation of the tongfa,combined with the physiological pathology and pathogenesis of the elderly patients,the theoretical basis of the application of the tongfa in the geriatric diseases is discussed;and the experience of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of common geriatric diseases is summarized.It sums up the thoughts and methods of treating geriatric diseases.Methods: Through the literature collection of the ancient doctors’ understanding and application of the tongfa,combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,summed up the theoretical basis of the application of the tongfa to the elderly disease;through the collection of the old Chinese medicine clinical cases,the classic medical record reappears,the restoration of the tongfa is applied the cure for geriatric diseases.Results: As a major treatment rule,the tongfa has not only referred to “passing lag,passing down”,but sweat,spit,lower,sum,warm,clear,eliminate,and supplement is all tongfa.Among the eight method,there are broadly guiding and inclusive rules,which are higher than the eight method.The eight method all contain the commonality of tongfa and have a wide range of application values.Elderly patients with Yin and Yang imbalance,viscera deficiency,qi and blood stasis and other characteristics of the disease complex difficult to heal,through tongfa can prevent and cure geriatric diseases by making airway clear,ventilator clear,blood circulation,tunnel clear and waterway smooth.Tongfa can make the six hollow [Fu] organs pass through.The unobstructed circulation of qi and blood,the normal distribution of body fluid,and the normal conduction of channels and collaterals all depend on the unobstructed flow of all aspects,which is the theoretical basis for the treatment of senile diseases.The third part of this thesis focuses on excavating the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners using the general theory of lawto treat geriatric diseases.His idea is that "dirty sputum machine is smooth and safe,and it is used as a supplement".In clinical application,the syndrome is corresponding and the curative effect is remarkable.Conclusion: The tongfa can be widely used in senile diseases.Don’t be afraid to use general therapy because senile patients are old and weak,and many diseases coexist.As long as it is applied properly,the curative effect is remarkable.
