| Objective:To compare the clinicopathological features and prognosis of ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and ductal carcinoma in situ with microinvasion(DCIS-MI),and to explore prognostic factors. Methods:A retrospective study of 207 patients who were pathologically confirmed as DCIS or DCIS-MI in Department of Breast Surgery, the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2010 to September 2017.The clinicopathological data of all patients were collected and the recurrence and metastasis events were followed up.The clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic differences between the two groups were compared, and the prognostic factors were analyzed.Results:(1)There were no statistically significant differences in age distribution,BMI and menstrual status between the two groups of patients with DCIS and DCIS-MI.(2)There was no statistically significant difference in surgical methods between the two groups of patients with DCIS and DCIS-MI,and total mastectomy plus sentinel lymph node biopsy was the main method in both groups(71,76%of the DCIS group and 70.49% of the DCIS-MI group).(3)The differences in clinical tumor size, mammography calcification, pathological tumor size, nuclear grading,ER,Ki-67 and Her-2 expression between the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in DFS(disease-free survival)between the two groups(P=0.825).(5)The results of univariate analyse did not reveal independent factors affecting DCIS and DCIS-MI..Conclusion:(1)The prognosis of DCIS-MI is the same as that of DCIS.(2)DCIS-MI should be treated the same way as DCIS. |
