Objective:To investigate the effect of fentanyl analgesia or sufentanil analgesia on postoperative tracheal catheter removal during cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.Method:A retrospective analysis of 180 patients with simple valve surgery from January 2010 to December 2018 in the Second Hospital of Jilin University.Different types of opioid analgesics were used according to anesthesia:fentanyl group(group F)and sufentanil group(group S),90cases in each group. The preoperative general conditions, operation time, extracorporeal circulation time, intubation time, extubation time(expressed by the difference between extubation time and intubation time)and waking time(using waking time and intubation time)were calculated. The difference is indicated),the awake time(expressed by the difference between awake time and intubation time),the blood pressure and heart rate of the patient after entering the operating room, and the time node is:before anesthesia intubation(T0),after anesthesia intubation(T1),before anesthesia extubation(T2),after anesthesia extubation(T3),the data were analyzed and compared to obtain conclusions.Result:The preoperative general conditions of the two groups included gender, age, cardiac function,BMI,pre-anesthesia(T0)heart rate and blood pressure changes,pre-extubation(T2)heart rate and blood pressure changes,post-tubation(T3)heart rate and There was no statistical difference in blood pressure changes. There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups after intubation(T1);there was a statistically significant difference in heart rate, and the sufentanil group had less effect on heart rate than the fentanyl group. There was no significant difference in the operation time and extracorporeal circulation time between the two groups. There was no significant difference in waking time between the two groups. There was a statistically significant difference in waking time and extubation time. The waking time and extubation time of the sufentanil group(S group)were more than those of the fentanyl group(F group).Small, the time spent is shorter. Conclusion:In cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, the use of sufentanil analgesia can significantly shorten the postoperative tracheal catheterization time compared with fentanyl analgesia.
