Sanhuang Decoction For The Symptoms Of Qi Deficiency In Postoperative Patients With Triple-negative Breast Cancer And The Effects Of Immune Function

Objectives:1.To observe the effect of Sanhuang jianji decoction on the immune function of patients with triple-negative breast cancer after completion of operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2.Exploring the effects of Sanhuang jianji decoction on qi and activating blood circulation and strengthening the effect of tonifying qi on the symptoms of qi deficiency,quality of life and possible effects in patients with Triple negative breast cancer.Methods:Thirty patients with triple-negative breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups.The treatment group consisted of 15 patients.On the basis of regular outpatient review,Sanhuang decoction was administered.In the control group,15 patients were reviewed regularly.Three months was a cycle,two cycles(6 months)were treated,and the efficacy was evaluated at the end of each cycle.The symptoms of qi deficiency and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The serum and cellular immune function and safety indicators of the two groups were measured.Changes in room indicators.Results:After completing two courses of treatment,15 cases were in the effective case treatment group and the control group.Studies have shown that at the 3 months of treatment,there was a significant difference in the symptoms of shortness of breath,fatigue,and fatigue in the treatment group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,shortness of breath,fatigue,and fatigue were still significantly different,spontaneous sweating,There was a significant difference in lazy words(P<0.05),while the control group did not show significant differences in these symptoms(P>0.05).In terms of quality of life,there was a significant difference in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the control group(P>0.05),suggesting that the quality of life of the treatment group improved after treatment,but not in the control group.In terms of immune function,there was no significant difference in cell immunity between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),but it can be seen from the numerical value that the treatment group had no numerical increase except CD8 cells.There was an upward trend in the values of CD3,CD4,and CD4/CD8,and it was speculated that the immune function of the patients was improved.After treatment,CD4 and CD8 showed significant differences(P<0.05),but the difference was It was not proved that the immune function of the control group was improved.From the values of each group in the control group,except for the increase of CD4 and CD8,the remaining values were not much different from those before treatment,and the increase of CD8 cells was confirmed by research.In connection with immunosuppression,it is speculated that the immune function of the control group has not been improved.In the immunoregulatory network composed of NK cells,IL-2 and IFN-Y,the values of patients with qi deficiency were lower than those of normal people.After treatment,IL-2 and IFN-Y in the treatment group were significantly different(P<0.05),there was no difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang jianji decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of qi deficiency in patients and improve the immune function of patients.
