The Effect Of "Triple-negative Formula Of Breast Cancer" Prevention And Treatment Of Recurrence And Metastasis For Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objective This study used a prospective cohort study to observe the effect of triple-negative breast cancer on the 2-year disease-free survival rate with or without “Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer ”.Methods From November 1st,2016,the first patient was enrolled in the cohort study.A total of 356 patients were enrolled on January 30,2019.The Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was included in the exposure group in 206 cases.The Fudan University Affiliated Tumor Hospital was included in the nonexposure group.150 cases.Of the 356 patients enrolled,154 patients were enrolled between March 1,2016 and January 30,2017,including 76 in the exposed group and 78 in the non-exposed group.The exposed group was given “Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer” on the basis of standardized treatment,and the non-exposed group was treated with simple triple-negative breast cancer.The two groups visited each of the three months.The interview included safety examination(hematology and imaging)and the TCM symptom scale.The primary endpoint was the difference in 2-year disease-free survival between the exposed and non-exposed groups.The secondary study endpoint: the effect of “Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer ”on the postoperative TCM symptoms of triple-negative breast cancer after breast cancer surgery,and the safety of the Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer ”.Results The final analysis included 148 patients,73 patients in the exposed group,and 75 patients in the non-exposure group.There were 6 cases of shedding and the shedding rate was 3.9%.The 2-year disease-free survival rate was 6.2% higher than that in the non-exposed group,there is on significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis predicted that the three-year prescription for breast cancer could reduce the disease-related recurrence and metastasis rate by 11%(OR=0.89,95% CI 0.37-0.956).Through K-M survival analysis,TNBC patients with age ?35 years and regional lymph node stage N1 may be the benefit group of “triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer”.The symptoms of TCM in both groups were improved over time,but the exposure group with “Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer” was more effective than the non-exposure group.In the TCM symptoms,which mainly caused postoperative discomfort in patients with TNBC,the symptoms of Shenpi fatigue,waist and knees,numbness of hands and feet,night stun,and hot flashes and night sweats were significantly improved compared with the non-exposed group.The incidence of adverse events during the administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the exposed group was 8.2%,mainly concentrated in liver damage,stomach pain,diarrhea,and the symptoms improved after adjustment Chinese medicine.Conclusion 1.The advantages of “ Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer ” have potential survival benefits,especially for patients with disease age ?35 years old and axillary lymph nodes metastasis in three.2.“Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer” can effectively and quickly improve the patient's postoperative discomfort and obtain a better quality of life.3.“ Triple-Negative Formula of Breast Cancer” is safe for most patients.
