| Objective1.To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of exhaled nitric oxide(eNO)and its relationship with the level of bronchial asthma control in children.2.To investigate the effect of allergic rhinitis on asthma treatment and provide a basis for combined treatment.MethodsWe studied children with asthma who visited the Pediatric Asthma Clinic in a certain Hospital in Anhui.Patients who agreed to participate in the study and met the inclusion criteria were included in the survey.Asthmatic outpatient specialists were divided into complete control group,partial control group and uncontrolled group according to Children-Asthma control test(c-ACT value),40 cases in each group.At the same time,they were divided into two subgroups:asthma with AR group and asthma with non-AR group,40 children in healthy physical examination as control group.The large airway exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO50)and nasal exhaled nitric oxide(FnNO)were measured separately in all children.Comparing the values of FeNO500 and FnNO between the 4groups.There were 65 cases of asthma with AR group and 55 cases of asthma with non-AR group.Comparing the values of c-ACT,FeNO500 and FnNO between the 2groups.All collected data were statistically analyzed in SPSS 18.0 software,including t-test,SNK-q test,ANOVA and chi-square test,descriptive analysis.Results1.There were significant difference in FeNO500 between different control groups(P<0.05),the uncontrolled group was the highest,followed by partial control groups and the lowest in the complete control group(P<0.05).There were significant difference in FeNO500 and FnNO between the different control group and control group(P<0.05),there were significant difference in FnNO between the different control group(P<0.05).2.There were significant difference in c-ACT,FeNO500 and FnNO between asthma with AR group and asthma with non-AR group(P<0.05).Conclusions1.FeNO500 and FnNO are related to the control level of asthma in children.The higher the control level,the lower the values of FeNO500 and FnNO.Both of them can be used to monitor the asthma condition and have higher clinical value.2.The prevalence rate of asthma with AR was high,accounting for 54.2%of the total in observation group.The inflammation level of upper and lower airway represented by no in asthma with AR group was higher than that in non-AR group.the children with persistent asthma should be evaluated for upper airway disease,to provide the basis for combined therapy. |
