Objective Through the platform of postpartum depression network intervention based on social support theory,provide information support,emotional support,online counseling and guidance,and self-emotional state monitoring for pregnant women with postpartum depression or risk of postpartum depression,to achieve self-monitoring of maternal mood,self-management and self-adjustment to improve maternal social support,reduce the risk of postpartum depression,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,improve maternal self-efficacy,and improve maternal and child health and development.Methods This study used an experimental research design to select postpartum depression(EPDS)from December 2017 to July 2018 in the third trimester of pregnancy(28 weeks pregnant+)in the obstetrics clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.A total of 72 pregnant women with≥10 points or risk of postpartum depression(PDPI-RC prenatal version ≥ 4.5)were enrolled in the study,followed by the order of the time of the examination,37 cases in the intervention group and 35 cases in the control group.The control group received regular birth examination and health guidance during pregnancy,routine health guidance during hospital delivery,routine home visit after childbirth,and routine health checkup after 42 days postpartum.The intervention group was used a network intervention platform for postpartum depression on the basis of prenatal and postnatal routine measures in the control group.After the baseline survey of the two groups of pregnant women,postpartum and neonatal general conditions,postpartum depression,postpartum depression risk,and general self-efficacy were evaluated two weeks after delivery.The postpartum depression,postpartum depression risk,general self-efficacy level,and small infant temperament were evaluated four weeks after delivery.The intervention group performed a self-assessment of postpartum depression emotions every two weeks after enrollment.Results(1)Two weeks after deliver,there were significant differences in the scores of depression,depression,and general self-efficacy between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.01).(2)Four weeks after deliver,there were significant differences in the scores of depression and depression between the two groups after intervention(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of general self-efficacy levels(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the temperament levels between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The comparison of depression scores between the intervention group and the control group at baseline,two weeks after delivery,and postpartum four weeks showed that the postpartum depression scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(F=11.65,P<0.01).(4)The comparison of the risk scores of depression between the intervention group and the control group at baseline,two weeks postpartum,and postpartum four weeks showed that the intervention effect,time effect,and interaction between intervention and time in the intervention group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The comparison of the general self-efficacy scores between the intervention group and the control group at baseline,two weeks after delivery,and four weeks after delivery showed that the self-efficacy score of the intervention group showed an upward trend,and there was an interaction between the time factor and the intervention(F=5.02,P<0.05).After the time factor,the effect of intervention on general self-efficacy scores was not statistically significant(F=2.75,P>0.05).(6)The results of postpartum depression assessment inthe intervention group showed that the postpartum depression score showed a gradual decline.(7)Individualized interviews with the intervention group showed that the postpartum depression network intervention platform provided a better experience for pregnant women,which facilitated self-management and adjustment of emotions,improved parenting confidence and skills,and enhanced social support,but still existed.Certain inadequacies:the operation is not convenient,and the specific content is set less.Conclusions The network intervention platform for postpartum depression based on social support theory can provide scientific prenatal and postnatal public and individualized information guidance for maternal,emotional support,online counseling and emotional assessment of emotions,which can reduce the risk of postpartum depression and reduce The occurrence of postpartum depression improves parental confidence and ability.
