Postpartum Depression Internet Intervention Strategy And Network Platform Construction Based On Social Support Theory | | Posted on:2019-04-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:T Y Mu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306521953749 | Subject:Nursing | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective To construct a internet platform for postpartum depression intervention based on social support theory to provide information and emotional support for pregnant women so as to eliminate or reduce the risk factors of postpartum depression among pregnant women and reduce the risk of postpartum depression so as to effectively prevent postpartum depression happened.Methods This study was divided into two parts.Research I: Construction of internet intervention strategies for postpartum depression.According to the method of constructing multiphase optimization strategy(MOST),a strategy of internet intervention for postpartum depression was initially formed through theoretical analysis,literature review,and individual maternal interviews.To select 21 pregnancy and maternal women,use semi-structured interviews to thoroughly explore the understanding of maternal postpartum depression and the need for perinatal care;and conduct a structured interview with 129 pregnancy and maternal women to understand the status of maternal network use and the possibility of intervention through the Internet.Research II: Construction of postnatal depression internet intervention platform(Mummy go).Collaborate with information technician to conduct network technology construction and build an internet intervention strategy for postpartum depression formed in Research I,and then use the system usability scale for 20 maternity to explore availability of "Mommy go".At the same time,in order to better understand the wishes and feedback of maternal use of "Mommy go".A postpartum depression internet intervention platform was eventually formed.Results Research I: Postpartum depression internet intervention strategy.Participants:select pregnant women with risk of postnatal depression or postpartum depression.Intervention period: online learning time is not less than 4 weeks.Intervention outcomes:incidence of postpartum depression,internet operating indicators,and maternal evaluation of the internet platform.Interventions included information support and emotional support.Information support mainly includes prenatal stage,postpartum stage and online counseling.Emotional support mainly includes online music and peer exchange.Research II: Initially constructed postpartum depression network platform.The initial postnatal depression network platform "Mommy go",includes user interface(information support,emotional support,online consulting,personal center,user registration)and management interface(member information management,questionnaire information management,intervention information management,online message management,data statistical analysis and system management).“Mammy go”platform usability test reached the level of "good".According to the feedback from pregnant women,we adjusted the platform registration,information support content and online advisory reminder settings.Conclusions This study analyzed the theoretical analysis,literature review and individualized interviews with pregnancy and maternal women to form a postpartum depression internet intervention strategy and worked with information technology personnel to form a postpartum depression internet intervention platform called "Mommy go".Pregnancy and maternal women access to perinatal knowledge varied,but mainly through maternal and child APP and Baidu and other sites to obtain knowledge,and the network dominates maternal health guidance.The internet intervention platform for postpartum depression based on social support theory,emotion and cognition,feedback model and Ritterband internet intervention model is of good usability.During the use process,the maternal women pay more attention to the convenience of the use of the network platform,the richness of the content and the innovation of the function. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Pregnancy and maternal women, postpartum depression, Internet intervention, Social support, Usability assessment | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
