Human papilloma virus(HPV)is one of the pathogens of common sexually transmitted diseases.Studies have shown that persistent high-risk HPV infection is the main cause of cervical cancer,and prophylactic HPV vaccine has been shown to prevent HPV infection and reduce cervical cancer by about 70%.However,due to the lack of knowledge about the prevention of HPV infection in China,the bivalent HPV vaccine “Hirsch” was cold in the market after listing,and the number of people consulting HPV vaccine was large while the actual number of people vaccinated was small.In order to understand the current situation of HPV and HPV vaccines among college students in Nanchang and their willingness to vaccinate against HPV,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on students from five college in Nanchang,and builds a research model based on the theory of technology acceptance and the theory of planned behavior.Statistical variables were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of college students’ willingness to inoculate HPV vaccine in Nanchang.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,college students’ awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines is still low,and there are significant differences between different genders and different professions.Second,the higher the cognitive level of HPV and HPV vaccine,the higher the perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness and perceived risk;the perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,subjective normative and perceived behavioral control,the HPV vaccine The stronger the willingness to act;the higher the perceived risk,the weaker the willingness to vaccinate with the HPV vaccine.Third,in the demographic variables,gender,professional and monthly consumption are the main factors affecting college students’ perception of HPV and HPV vaccine and their willingness to inoculate HPV vaccine.Therefore,based on the research above,the following suggestions are proposed: differential propaganda for different groups,and raising their awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines;appropriately formulating HPV vaccine promotion strategies by analyzing the characteristics of vaccines and fully considering the factors such as the level of economic development in various regions of the country.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the quality testing and market supervision of the listed HPV vaccine to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. |
