| ObjectivesBased on the theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model, integrating trust and perceived risk theory,we construct a model of willingness to engage in "Internet+nursing service".To investigate the factors and needs of nurses and nursing students to engage in the "Internet+nursing service",and to provide suggestions for the development and promotion of "Internet+nursing services".MethodsA self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 1632 nurses and 949 nursing students in Shandong Province. The questionnaire includes the following five parts, the general information, the understanding of "Internet+nursing service",the willingness to engage in different service items of "Internet+nursing service",the demand for "Internet+nursing services",and factors influencing willingness to engage in "Internet+nursing service".Spss22.0 and amos24.0 software were used to analyze the data.Results1.The understanding of "Internet+nursing service"Among the 1632 nurses,52(3.2%)had a very good understanding of "Internet+Nursing Service",201(12.3%)had a relatively good understanding of it,562(34.4%)had a general understanding of it,650(39.8%)had a little understanding of it,and 167(10.2%)had no understanding of it.Among the 949 nursing students,23(2.4%)were very familiar with "Internet+nursing service",68(7.2%)were moderately familiar,332(35.0%)were generally familiar,421(44.4%)were not familiar, and 105(11.1%)were not familiar with "Internet+nursing service".2.The Willingness to Engage in Different Service Items of "Internet+Nursing Service"Among the 1632 nurses,1594(97.7%)were willing to provide educational guidance services,1551(95.0%)were willing to provide general therapeutic nursing services,1561(95.6%)were willing to provide auxiliary testing services, and 1498(91.8%)were willing to provide special therapeutic nursing services.Among the 949 nursing students,928(97.8%)were willing to provide educational guidance services,916(96.5%)were willing to provide general therapeutic nursing services,912(96.1%)were willing to provide auxiliary testing services, and 880(92.7%)were willing to provide special therapeutic nursing services.3.The Training Demand for "Internet+Nursing Service"Among the 1632 nurses,1066(65.3%)thought it was very necessary to provide regular training for nurses who provided "Internet+nursing services",421(25.8%)thought it was relatively necessary,125(7.7%)thought it was generally necessary,12(0.7%)thought it was not very necessary, and 8(0.5%)thought it was not necessary at all.Among the 949 nursing students,278(29.3%)nursing students thought it was very necessary to carry out "Internet+nursing service" related training,335(35.3%)thought it was relatively necessary,292(30.8%)thought it was generally necessary,30(3.2%)thought it was not very necessary, and 14(1.5%)thought it was not necessary at all.4.Structural equation analysis of influencing factors model of willingness to engage in "Internet+nursing service"According to the results of structural equation model analysis among nurses, perceived usefulness has positive influence on trust, attitude and behavior intention, perceived ease of use has positive influence on perceived usefulness, trust and attitude, attitude has positive influence on behavior intention and perceived behavioral control has positive influence on behavior intention,Perceived risk has a negative effect on trust, trust has positive influence on the attitude, the two hypotheses of the negative effect of perceived risk on attitude and the positive effect of subjective norms on behavioral intention have not been tested.According to the results of structural equation model analysis among nursing students, perceived usefulness has positive influence on trust and behavior intention, perceived ease of use has positive influence on perceived usefulness, trust and attitude, attitude has positive influence on behavior intention, perceived behavioral control has positive influence on behavior intention, trust has positive influence on the attitude, the four hypotheses of the positive effect of perceived usefulness on attitude, subjective norm influence on behavior intention, negative effect of perceived risk to attitude and trust have not been verified. The model was valid for both nurses and nursing students, and its ability to explain the total variation of willingness to engage in "Internet+nursing service" was 56.0%and 60.7%,respectively.Conclusions1.Nurses and nursing students have insufficient understanding of "Internet+Nursing Service".2.Nurses and nursing students have a high willingness to engage in "Internet+Nursing Service".3.Nurses and nursing students have a high training demand for "Internet+Nursing Service".4.The influencing factor model of "Internet+nursing service" established in this study can better explain and predict the engagement intention of nurses and nursing students. |
