Investigation And Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Public Willingness To Use Medical Big Data Platform

In recent years,along with the development and popularization of the Internet,emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and smart cities have accelerated integration with health care,and a series of new medical formats represented by medical big data have stimulated the development of medical industry and the driving force for the reform of medical and healthcare system.From the deep integration of big data,artificial intelligence and the medical industry,people can see the possibilities and hopes in the medical industry.Many application scenarios such as assisted decision-making,health management,genetic data,and intelligent organization management have created possibilities and provided space for big data and artificial intelligence technologies to play a role.Personal health information provided by people is one of the main sources of big data medical information resources.How to make people use the medical big data platform to share their health information is the key to the big data medical platform.At present,most of the research on information sharing in China focuses on online shopping and social networking,but very few in the research on big data medical information sharing.Therefore,this paper has certain practical significance for the research of personal health medical information sharing willingness under the background of big data medical.In order to analyze the factors affecting the individual’s willingness to share medical health information as much as possible,this paper constructs a model from the two aspects of individual subjective factors and individual characteristics factors based on the technology acceptance model and perceived risk theory.This paper uses questionnaires to obtain relevant data.Because different software has their own advantages when performing different analyses,this paper uses SPSS for descriptive analysis,normality test,reliability analysis and validity analysis,uses AMOS for structural equation modeling,and uses Python for logistic regression model and random forest model analysis.In order to make up for the limitations of the questionnaire,I collect microblogs related to “Big Data Medical” from Sina Weibo and analyze the texts using Python.The analysis results show that:(1)Perceptual ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness.Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on sharing willingness,and perceived risk has a negative impact on sharing willingness.(2)The six individual characteristics of gender,education,physical condition,Internet contact time,network registration experience,and physical data habits have significant influence on people’s willingness to share medical information.The two individual characteristics of age and occupation have no significant impact.(3)Most of the microblogs related to big data medical are news reports and publicity,public does not know enough about it.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper proposes relevant recommendations and measures from the following four aspects:(1)Improve the level of platform construction and ensure user information security.(2)Improve platform transparency and increase user engagement.(3)Increase the promotion of the platform and increase the degree of public recognition.(4)Pay attention to user opinions and suggestions and improve the service quality of the platform.The entry point of this paper is different from previous research.It is based on the microscopic perspective of public perception.The suggestions put forward for the construction of medical big data platform are complementary to the existing macro level policies.In addition,the current research on sharing willingness usually only consider subjective factors.This paper will include individual factors into the scope of analysis and select the most appropriate methods for different factors,so that the influencing factors can be analyzed more accurately.At the same time,this paper introduces the technology acceptance model into the information sharing field under the background of medical big data,broadens the scope of use of the model and provides some new ideas for future research.In summary,this paper has certain practical significance.
