Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Anxiety And Depression By The Method Of Shuganliqi And Jianpihuatan

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of Shugan Liqi and Jianpi Huatan combine with trazodone hydrochloride on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with anxiety and depression before and after treatment with trazodone hydrochloride alone,and provide basis for the treatment of diabetes mellitus with traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,to explore the relationship between the incidence of diabetes and emotional factors,especially anxiety and depression.Methods:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and both of them were treated with basic therapy with the same treatment principles(including diet guidance,exercise therapy,hypoglycemic regimen,etc.).The treatment group was treated with Trazodone Hydrochloride and traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Shugan Liqi and Jianpi Huatan.The control group was treated with trazodone hydrochlorid-e orally.The patients in both groups were treated and observed for 12 weeks.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(total score,TCM curative effect index),Hamilton Depression scale(17 items)score,Hamilton anxiety scale score,Pittsburgh Sleep quality score,FPG 2hPG,Hb1Ac,waist-to-hip ratio,body weight,BMI,related adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.And all of the observed data is processed by SPSS.Results:1.There were significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours blood glucose(early 2 h P G)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HblAc)data between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the data of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.So the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.There were significant differences in Hamilton Depression scale(17 items)score and Hamilton anxiety scale score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.There were significant differences in the clinical efficacy of traditional Chincse medicine between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and so dose it in TCM curative effectindex.4.There were significant differences in waist-to-hip ratio,body weight and BMI between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1 It can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of TCM,the score of Hamilton Depression scale(17 items)and the score of Hamilton anxiety scale in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with anxiety and depression by using the the method of Shugan Liqi and Jianpi Huatan,And it can also reduce the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.It also has a certain effect on weight loss and waist-to-hip ratio.2 The mechanism of reducing blood glucose by using the the method of Shugan Liqi and Jianpi Huatan may be related to its obvious improvement of anxiety and depression in patients.3 The mechanism of reducing blood glucose by using the the method of Shugan Liqi and Jianpi Huatan may be related to the reduction of body weight and the improvement of insulin resistance.4 It is suggested that the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus is closely related to emotional factors,especially anxiety and depression.
