The Clinical Observation Of Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Spleen Insufficiency Type Remission Stage Ulcerative Colitis Syndrome

Objective:Through using Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula in the treatment of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type remission ulcerative colitis,to observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Liqi Formula in this kind of patientMethod:60 cases of patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Hepatology,Spleen and Stomach of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020.Random number table method was used to divide 60 UC patients into 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in treatment group.The control group selected mesalazine enteric-coated tablets for oral treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Professor Xie Jingri’s traditional Chinese medicine decoction for Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula.Both groups took 12 weeks as a course of treatment.After 12 weeks,observe the changes of clinical symptoms(including abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus stool,etc.),intestinal mucosa performance under endoscopy,and individual TCM syndrome scores to compare Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula and mesalazine intestine The effect of dissolving tablets is different,so as to explore the clinical effect of Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula on ulcerative colitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency typeResults:1.Compare the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores of the two groups:the two groups of patients have improved to varying degrees,and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores2.Compare the total clinical efficacy of the two groups:the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 90%;the total clinical effective rate of the control group is 83%,the difference is statistically significant,proving that the treatment group is superior in improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine In the control group3.Compare the intestinal mucosa examination before and after treatment in the two groups:the total effective rate of intestinal mucosal lesions in the treatment group is 83%,the total effective rate of intestinal mucosal lesions in the control group is 70%,and the improvement of intestinal mucosa in the treatment group is significant Better than the control groupConclusions:1.Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with UC in the remission stage of liver depression and spleen deficiency type2.Shugan Liqi Jianpi Formula can effectively improve the intestinal mucosal lesions of patients with UC in the remission stage of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.
