Clinical Observation Of Zuoshi Shenlian Decocti On Enena In Treating Atrial Premature Beat Of Phlegm-blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zuoshishenlian Decoction in treating atrial premature beats of phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot type,and to verify the safety of Zuoshishenlian Decoction enema in treating atrial premature beats of phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot type,so as to provide a basis for enriching the new ways of clinical TCM treatment of atrial premature beats.Methods: From April 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with premature beats in the second Department of Cardiology of Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Nangang Branch Hospital)were divided into control group(Betaloc group)and treatment group(Zoushi Shenlian Decoction enema group)for 14 consecutive days.The changes of clinical symptoms and the number of atrial premature beats before and after treatment were recorded.The data were analyzed by statistical software.Result:1.Clinical syndromes of TCM: Betaloc group and Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group can alleviate clinical symptoms.The total effective rate of Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group is 93.33%,and that of Betaloc group is66.67%.The improvement of symptoms of Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group is better than that of Betaloc group(P < 0.05).2.24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram: Betaloc group and Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group can reduce the frequency of atrial premature beats.The effect of Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group on reducing the frequency of atrial premature beats is similar to that of Betaloc group,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Safety indicators: Betaloc group and Zoushi Shenlian Decoction group had no adverse reactions during the experiment,and there was no clinical significance change before and after the laboratory examination.Conclusion:1.Enema with Zoushi Shenlian Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of atrial premature beat,palpitation,chest distress,fatigue and shortness of breath.2.Zoushi Shenlian Decoction enema for atrial premature beats cansignificantly reduce the frequency of atrial premature beats.
