| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaiqinjieyu decoction on non-alcoh-olic fatty liver with liver depression and spleen deficiency, explore its mechanism, and evaluate its efficacy and safety. To provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods :Sixty patients were collected from the outpatient department and divided into two groups by random Numbers. The treatment group was treated with Chaiqinjieyu decoction, and the control group was treated with Sanqi Zhigan pill, both groups were treated for eight weeks. The changes of TCM symptoms, liver color doppler ultrasound, liver function and blood lipid before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded by the fixation staff. The collected data were sorted out and then statistical analysis was carried out with professional statistical software to explore the mechanism and make safety analysis.Meanwhile, patients were closely monitored for adverse reactions during medication. Results :1.After treatment,in the aspect of TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group total effective rate was 93.33 %,in the control group total effective rate was 80.00%,two group total effective rate is statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, two groups of patients with blood lipid(TG,TC),liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)before treatment were improved, and the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.In colour to exceed the liver histological aspects, treatment group total effective rate was 93.33 %control group total effective rate was 63.33 %and the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaiqinjieyu decoction can effectively improve clinical syndrome type change in patients with NAFLD;2.Chaiqinjieyu decoction can effectively improve change in patients with NAFLD liver function, blood lipid levels, liver exceeds the pathological manifestations. |
