Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Lancao Decoction In Treating Type 2 Pre-diabetes With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver(Hepatic Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Lancao Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty liver(hepatic depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods: The number of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were eligible for diagnosis were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of treatment,35 cases each group,2 groups of patients were given diabetes health education,diet and exercise guidance,The control group gave metformin sustained release tablets 0.5g orally 2 times a day,the observation group in the control group basic treatment to give Gabilan grass soup,a total of 12 weeks of treatment,before and after treatment of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,2 hours after the meal blood glucose,liver function,blood lipids and liver color ultrasound,measurement of waist circumference,calculation of insulin resistance Index,Body mass index,recording TCM syndromes points.Results: The experimental data were entered into SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis,and finally,it was concluded that:(1)The total clinical efficiency comparison,the treatment group was 88.6%,the control group was 62.9%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)compared with TCM syndromes,the treatment group improved obviously compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the effect of liver ultrasound,the efficiency of the treatment group was 88.6%,the control group was 65.7%,the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Two groups of clinical biochemical indicators detected:Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours after meals(2hPG),fasting insulin(FINS),Insulin resistance Index(HOMA-IR),glutamate transaminase(ALT),glutamate transaminase(AST),glutamine peptide enzyme(γ-GT),triglycerides(TG),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)decreased before treatment,and there was statistically significant comparison between group and group after treatment(P<0.05).(4)BMI and waist circumference(WC)were treated better than before treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),and the treatment group did not show an advantage.Conclusion: Jiawei Lancao Decoction combined with metformin in the pre-type2 diabetes mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty liver(liver depression and spleen deficiencysyndrome)has a prominent effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and can alleviate the symptoms of adverse reactions caused by metformin,at the same time,it can regulate the blood glucose,liver function and blood lipid level of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver in prediabetes.
