BackgroundAt present, the detection rate of hypothyroidism in pregnancy has an obvious rising trend, and untimely intervention in hypothyroidism in pregnancy will lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. For patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, many methods without intervention are adopted. In addition, there are few clinical studies on the best time for the intervention of pregnancy combined with subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH),and there is no unified conclusion on the treatment scheme. Therefore,it is necessary to design this study.ObjectiveTo investigate the pregnancy outcome of drug intervention in pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism and to observe the safety of the intervention.MethodRetrospective analysis was performed.Results1.Compared with before treatment, serum levels of FT3,FT4,HDL-C and TSH,TPOAb,HOMA-IR and LPa were increased in the early group and the middle group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,FT3,FT4 and HDL-C levels in the advanced group were lower than those in the control group, and TSH,TPOAb,HOMA-IR and LPa levels were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of FT3,FT4,hdl-c and TSH,TPOAb,HOMA-IR and LPa in the early group and the middle group were significantly higher than those in the late group(P<0.05).3.The incidence of cesarean section,GDM,gestational hypertension, fetal growthrestriction and low birth weight in the middle group and the late group after treatment were higher than those in the control group and the early group, and the Apgar score at 1min was lower than those in the control group and the early group(P<0.05).4.The incidence of adverse reactions in the early, middle and late groups(10.00%,10.00%,12.00%)was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Drug intervention during early pregnancy in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism can improvelipid-related indicators and insulin resistance.2.Drug intervention in early pregnancy of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism can reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.3.Early intervention does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions, has a high safety, clinical can be used at ease.
