BackgroundBreast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women worldwide,It is also the first malignant tumor in China.Cancer can bring physical,Psychological, social and cognitive changes to patients, especially young women, which seriously affects the quality of life of individuals. With the continuous improvement of the medical level,Through standardized comprehensive treatment, the mortality rate of breast cancer has shown a downward trend in recent years, which also brings new opportunities for psychological intervention of breast cancer.Through standardized comprehensive treatment, the mortality rate of breast cancer has shown a downward trend in recent years, which also brings new opportunities for psychological intervention of breast cancer.Mindfulness-based stress reduction on self-efficacy was born in the 1970 s,as an economic, safe and effective psychological intervention method,it is being used by more and more scholars in the adjuvant treatment of cancer patients.ObjectivesIn this study, traditional breast cancer Patients were treated with traditional routine nursing and mind-reducing decompression therapy to explore the effect of Mindfulness-based stress reduction on self-efficacy and quality of life of young breast cancer.MethodsUsing a random sampling method,in a third-grade hospital in Jiaozuo City, breast surgery,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, from theJanuary to December 2017,90 patients who were hospitalized for chemotherapy were selected as the study subjects. The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the randomized method, with 45 people in each group. The control group received routine psychological interventions, including general psychological care, lifestyle interventions, and health education interventions. After discharge from the hospital, through telephone or WeChat group intervention, for 2 months,1 intervention every 1 week, each intervention for 20-30 minutes, and timely adjustment according to the actual situation of the patient. The experimental group took Mindfulness-based stress reduction and divided the patients into 6 groups, each group of 6-8 people. The researchers and the remaining 6 staff members were educators, each of whom was responsible for one group, once a week for 2hours each time.Including 40 minutes of theoretical lectures,40 minutes of mindfulness exercises,40 minutes of group discussion and sharing,a total of 8 weeks of intervention. In the hospital breast surgery health education room.Specific application techniques include sit-in meditation, body scanning,meditation,three-minute breathing space, and mindfulness yoga. Each course is organized by the researcher, and the course is reviewed at the end of each exercise, and the questions raised by the Practitioner are answered and constructive comments are made.Take after-school notes for each class, reflect on the issues that exist in each course, and develop a Plan for the next class. In addition to the weekly on-site group lessons, the Practitioners also Perform 30-45 minute home exercises to consolidate the training results. Before the intervention, the Patients completed the general information questionnaire, including age,Permanent residence, family relationship, financial burden, and disease data. Before and after the intervention, the cancer Patient self-efficacy energy scale(SUPPH)and the breast cancer Patient quality of life measurement scale(FACT)were used to investigate the experimental group and the intervention group respectively. The scores and total scores of the SUPPH and FACT were compared before and after the intervention.Toanalyze the influence of MBSR on self-efficacy and quality of life of young breast cancer Patients and the correlation between Patient self-efficacy and quality of life under the intervention of mindfulness.Data were recorded and statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0.Quantitative data were consistent with normal distribution using mean ± standard deviation format.Differences between the two groups were compared using independent sample t test.Using the Paired sample t test, the test level was set to α=0.05,and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results1.Comparison of two groups of patients before interventionThere was no significant difference in the general demographic data between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which was comparable. There were no significant differences in the scores and total scores of self-efficacy and quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),both at a medium level.2.Comparison of self-efficacy and quality of life between the control group before and after interventionAfter routine intervention, the scores and total scores of the self-efficacy and quality of life of the control group were increased, and the t values were-21.373 and-17.646,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy dimensions were improved. The scores of self-decision dimensions before and after t=0.097,P=0.923,no statistical significance, the other dimensions were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of self-efficacy and quality of life in the experimental group before and after interventionAfter the intervention of MBSR,the scores of the self-efficacy and quality of life scores and the dimensions of the experimental group were improved. The t values of the total score were-39.637 and-39.489,respectively,and the difference was statisticallysignificant before the intervention(P<0.05).4.Comparison of self-efficacy and quality of life between the two groups after interventionAfter the intervention, the scores and total scores of the self-efficacy and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between self-efficacy and quality of life scores between the experimental group and the control group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a Positive correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life after intervention in the experimental group(r=0.886,P<0.05).ConclusionsMindfulness-based stress reduction can effectively improve the self-efficacy of young breast cancer Patients and improve their quality of life.Under the intervention of mindfulness decompression therapy, the higher the Patient’s self-efficacy,the better the quality of life.
