| Objective: To explore the effects of online and offline continuous nursing intervention based on continuous nursing on quality of life, depression level,self-efficacy level and nursing satisfaction of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer. To provide a theoretical basis for the development of continuous nursing programs for young and middle-aged breast cancer patients during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:(1)Based on literature analysis, transitional care intervention programs for breast cancer at home and abroad were integrated.Based on nursing level analysis, regional differences, age characteristics of patients and treatment methods were combined to formulate online and offline transitional care intervention programs for young and middle-aged breast cancer patients during postoperative chemotherapy.Secondly, group discussion was conducted to determine the final plan.(2)According to the content of this study and the inclusion criteria,a total of 102 young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Breast Surgery Department of a Class ⅲ Grade A hospital in Wuxi from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects by cluster sampling method.Patients with odd ward numbers were in the control group, and patients with even ward numbers were in the intervention group. One patient dropped out in each group, and 100 patients were finally included. The control group received routine nursing methods, including general nursing, limb nursing, adverse reaction nursing, medication nursing, other nursing, psychological nursing, and question answering. The intervention group used online and offline continuous nursing intervention program on the basis of routine nursing, including: offline(team building, limit assessment, problem solving and plan making),online(information push, knowledge test, problem feedback, telephone follow-up).The quality of life,depression,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P >0.05).During the study,1 case was lost to follow-up in the intervention group and the control group, with a loss rate of 2%.Finally,50 subjects were included in each group.(2)In the quality of life score, the control group and the intervention group before the intervention were(84.31±8.42),(86.47±9.19),there was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the control group and the intervention group were(85.13±10.24)and(94.88±8.67),which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.(3)In the depression scale, there was no significant difference in the scores of mild, moderate and severe depression between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After three months of intervention, the levels of mild, moderate and severe depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)In self-efficacy scale, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy score between the two groups before the intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention, the selfefficacy score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)In the nursing satisfaction scale, there was no significant difference in the score of nursing satisfaction between the two groups before the intervention(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the score of nursing satisfaction between the two groups after the intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The implementation of online and offline continuous nursing intervention in young and middle-aged breast cancer patients during postoperative chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the depression of patients, improve the level of self-efficacy of patients, enhance the communication and cooperation between medical staff and patients and their families, promote the harmony between nurses and patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. |
