Clinical Observation Of Wenshen Jianpi Gujing Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria(Syndrome Of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency)

Objective: Starting from the clinical study,this study observed the clinical efficacy of the self-made formula wenshen jianpi gujing decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria(syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency),and made an objective evaluation of its safety,providing a new idea for the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this subject,72 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria(syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency)were selected in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The control group and the treatment group were randomly selected.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Wenshen Jianpi Gujing Decoction,and the control group was supplemented with Shenyanshu Granules.In the course of clinical treatment,the indicators were recorded and checked in detail,and the TCM syndrome scores,urine protein qualitative and 24-hour urine protein quantitation before and after treatment were analyzed,and efficacy and safety evaluation were made.Results: Will get the data after SPSS 17.0 statistical software analysis concluded that the two groups in complexion white cold,tired,and cold limbs weakness,loose stools,less food,stay symptoms are P > 0.05,no significant difference;There were significant differences in symptoms of edema and lumbar spine pain(P < 0.05).In terms of the total score of TCM syndromes,P < 0.05 was observed in both the intra-group and inter-group comparisons,showing significant differences.In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 86.1%and 91.6%,respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted between the two groups,P <0.05,showing a significant difference.In terms of the qualitative analysis of urine protein,the quantitative analysis of 24-hour urine protein,and serum albumin,both intra-group and inter-group comparisons showed P < 0.05,with significant differences.In terms of the total effective rate of the disease,the control group and the treatment group were 77.7% and88.8%,respectively.The two groups were compared,P < 0.05,showing a significantdifference.It indicates that wenshen jianpi gujing decoction is obviously superior to shenyanshu granule in the treatment of chronic nephritis(syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency)proteinuria.Conclusion: Wenshen jianpi gujing decoction has prominent clinical effect in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria(syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency).It is safe and reliable and can be widely used.
