Effect Of Rong Huang Granules On The Serum PINP、β-CTX Of Non Dialysis CKD-MBD Patients With Kindney Deficiency Damp Heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Rong Huang granule on the TCM syndrome in patients with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome(CKD-MBD)of chronic kidney disease non-dialysis,and to analyze the serum type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide(PINP)and c-terminal telopeptide region of collagen type I(β-CTX).The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of Ronghuang granule on non-dialysis CKD-MBD patients with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome,and to seek the theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Seventy non-dialysis CKD-MBD patients with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).Twenty healthy people in the same period were selected as normal group.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were corrected blood pressure,correct anemia,suppression of secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT),and retention enema with Chinese medicine.On the basis of the above,the treatment group was given Ronghuang granule three times a day,one pack of flushing once.Two groups of patients were observed for 12 weeks.In the course of observation,the curative effect of CKD-MBD,the curative effect of renal function,the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the integral value of TCM syndromes and the occurrence of adverse reactions should be registered in the form.The levels of serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),immunoreactive parathyroid hormone(i PTH)and serum muscle of the two groups before and after treatment should be measured and recorded.Serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),PINP and β-CTX were used to estimate the estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),and the levels of serum PINP and β-CTX were measured and recorded in the normal group.According to the results of the experiment,SPASS 21.0 software was used to make relevant statistical analysis to determine the curative effect.Result:The curative effect of CKD-MBD,renal function and TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01);the integral value of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased gradually with the increase of the course of treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease extent in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).The levels of Ca,P,i PTH,Scr,BUN and e GFR in the treatment group were significantly improved at 4,8 and 12 weekends(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);those in the control group were improved at 4 weekends(P > 0.05);except Ca,Scr,BUN and e GFR were significantly improved at 8 weekends(P > 0.05),the other indexes were not significantly improved at 12 weekends(P < 0.05).Or P < 0.01.Before treatment,the levels of serum PINP and beta-CTX in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two 0.05).Conclusion: Rong Huang granule has significant effect on renal function and improvement of CKD-MBD in patients with non-dialysis CKD-MBD,which is dialectical syndrome of kidney deficiency.The serum PINP and β-CTX levels of patients with non-dialysis renal hypothermic CKD-MBD were significantly higher than those of normal people.It can be seen that the serum PINP and β-CTX in such patients were in an abnormal state.Ronghuang granule significantly reduced serum PINP and β-CTX levels in patients.At the same time,Ronghuang Granule can also improve the calcium and phosphorus metabolic disorders in experimental patients and inhibit SHPT,so as to effectively prevent and treat CKD-MBD.
