Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Buried Beans Treatment On The Treatment Of Intractable Hiccup After Stroke Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular buried beans and western medicine in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke of disharmony between liver and stomach.Comprehensive analysis of the hiccup symptom scores,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome scores,changes in quality of life scores,and onset time and course of treatment before and after treatment.To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture on the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke of disharmony between liver and stomach and compare with western medicine.The aim is to explore a rapid and effective method for the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke,and to reduce the adverse factors caused by repeated hiccups in stroke patients.And Provide a basis for acupuncture combined with auricular buried beans to treat intractable hiccup after stroke of disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,Sixty patients with intractable hiccup after stroke of disharmony between liver and stomach were enrolled.These patients all were admitted to the Anhui Acupuncture Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and these patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and auricular buried beans and the control group was treated with baclofen tablets.The treatment was stopped after the hiccup symptoms completely disappeared,but the total course of treatment was no more than 6 days.After treatmentthe patient’s hiccup frequency score table,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome quantitative score table,life quality assessment table changes and effective time and treatment of treatment were observed,and the results were statistically analyzed to obtain the results.The results were statistically analyzed and the results were obtained.Results:1.Comparison of hiccup frequency scores between the two groups:The scores of hiccup symptoms in the treatment group were 2.20±1.92,and those in the control group were 3.3±2.14.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group improved the hiccup symptom better than the control group.2.Comparison of liver and stomach disharmony scores between the two groups of patients:The scores of liver and stomach disharmony in the treatment group were 9.43±1.89,and those in the control group were 11.97±1.71.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The improvement of hepatic and gastric disharmony in the treatment group Better than the control group.There was no significant difference in the control group between the control group(P>0.05).The control group had no significant effect on the improvement of liver and stomach disharmony.3.Comparison of quality of life scores between the two groups:The diet,mental status and sleep scores of the treatment group were 4.27±0.74,4.23±0.73,4.10±0.76,and the control group were 3.73±0.83,3.83±0.70,4.23±0.73,respectively.The improvement in diet,mental status was better than that in the control group,and there was no difference in the degree of sleep improvement.4.Comparison of the effective time and course of treatment between the two groups of patients:The treatment group had an efficiency of 46.7% within 1 day.The control group was 20%.The onset time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The treatment course of the treatment group was 4.33±1.09,and that of the control group was 5.17±0.91.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).The treatment time was shorter in the group than in the control group.5.Comparison of total effective rates between the two groups of patients:The treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 76.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions: The effect of acupuncture combined with auricular buried beans on the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke of disharmony between liver and stomach is better than baclofen.And acupuncture combined with auricular buried beans can effectively improve hiccup symptoms and the symptoms of Hepatic and gastric disharmony and quality of life.The comprehensive therapy is simple,safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
