The Points With Music Therapy On The Personnel Drug Craving Of Heroin Addiction Studies Of The Impact

Objective:To observe the effect of auricular acupressure combined with music therapy on drug addicts ’thirst for traditional drugs.To compare the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with music therapy and traditional drug rehabilitation training.The score of heroin craving self-rating,Barrett impulse scale and self-control scale before and after treatment were analyzed to provide evidence for the effect of auricular acupressure and music therapy on drug craving.Methods:Sixty cases of drug addicts in rehabilitation during compulsory isolation were divided into control group and experimental group,each group 30.From the date of the study,in addition to the traditional drug rehabilitation therapy(psychological intervention,rehabilitation work,supplementary education),the experimental group should carry out a moderate amount of stimulation at 20:00 to 20:30 every night,guided by certain music,with the treatment of the ear acupressure in the liver,kidney,lung and endocrine.Where,choose the main kidney’s feather sound "two Springs reflect the moon" "Liang Zhu" "serenade" and other cooperation.The control group was only given traditional drug rehabilitation therapy(psychological intervention,rehabilitation work,supplementary education),and the two groups were given heroin craving autometer,Barrett impulse scale and self-control scale on the day they were selected.During the course of treatment,a comparative analysis was carried out on the basis of score,and the changes of score were observed.Results:The first score on the day of treatment was performed in the experimental group and the control group.The drug cravings were compared with the Barrett impulse scale and the control scale(P>0.05).During 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,all three scores were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).There was significant negative linear correlation between the treatment time and the three self-scores in the experimental group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Traditional drug rehabilitation therapy and auricular massage combined with music therapy can reduce drug thirst,reduce impulse and enhance self-control,and the effect of auricular massage combined with music therapy is better.
