| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baliesan plus or minus prescription on intertrochanteric fracture of femur after PFNA,and to explore its possible mechanis m,and to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application.Methods :(1)Sixty patients with intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA operation were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1: 1,treatment group and control group.(2)The treatment group was given routine nursing care and treatment after operation,and the treatment group was given Bali Powder plus or minus prescription for 3 weeks,while the control group was given routine nursing and treatment after operation without taking Chinese traditional medicine.(3)The Harris score of hip joint,the X ray score of callus and the healing time of fracture were used as the indexes.(4)The data were collected and statistically analyzed 16 weeks after operation in both groups,and the clinical curative effect was analyzed by the time of fracture healing in the two groups.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in age,sex,fracture classification a nd complications between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)In terms of the Harris hip s core,compared the Harris score of first day after operation in the two groups,P >0.05,no significant difference.After 2 weeks in January,the score of Harris,P va lues were less than 0.05,2 weeks after operation in the two groups,there were sig nificant differences in Harris score in January over the same period,and the treatm ent group Harris score higher than the control group.Two groups of patients with postoperative March Harris score difference was not statistically significant.(3)In ter ms of postoperative VAS pain score,On the first day after operation,the VAS pain scores were higher than 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day after operation.The comparison of VAS pain scores on the 4th day,7th day,10 th day,13 days after operation was less than 0.05,which indicated that the ratio of VAS pain score on the 4th day,7th day,1013 day after operation between the two groups was lower than that of the control group.The di fference was statistically significant,and the VAS pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.(4)In the X ray aspect of callus healing,the X ray scores of callus healing in the two groups were higher than 0.05 at theend of the 2nd week after operation,indicating that there was no significant differe nce between the two groups in the X ray score of callus healing at the end of the second week after operation.(5)Comparison of fracture healing time between the tw o groups: in the treatment group,3 cases were healed at 8 weeks,13 cases were h ealed at 12 weeks,13 cases were healed at 16 weeks,while in the control group,2 cases were healed at 8 weeks and 9 cases were healed at 16 weeks.There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups(P > 0.05).(6)There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:(1)Bali San plus subtraction is safe and effective in the treatment of i ntertrochanteric fracture after PFNA.(2)Bali Powder plus or minus prescription is eff ective enough to relieve pain after PFNA.(3)The addition and subtraction of Bali Sa n can improve the function of hip joint after operation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
