Objective:Through this topic research,to observe the week method of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ovarian reserve function by the clinical effect of the treatment of infertility caused by striving to provide new idea for women’s health and reproductive system to learn new methods and inheritance mentor combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility caused by ovarian reserve function decline and thoughts and clinical experience.Methods:Into from January 2016 to October 2016 in Shanxi Province of doctor of vice director of traditional Chinese gynecology outpatient service included in the standard of 60 patients with infertility caused by ovarian reserve function by using randomized method,divided into the treatment group,30 cases in control group,30 cases in treatment group to give the party kidney)our party joint female progestational hormone cycle therapy,western medicine control group to western medicine female progestational hormone cycle therapy.Treatment to three menstrual cycles,according to the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment in TCM symptoms of classifying quantization table hormones（FSH,LH,E₂）ultrasound measurement of department of gynaecology,respectively from the situation of TCM symptom menstruation sinus follicle multi-level multiple Angle such as the number of pregnancy rate of pregnancies,observe and study the curative effect difference between two groups Use their control group before and after comparison between the experimental design,data as well as using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:（1）There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group（P>0.05）.（2）After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before the treatment（P<0.05）,but there was no significant difference in the TCM symptom score of the control group after treatment（P>0.05）.The two groups had significant difference after treatment（P<0.05）.（3）After treatment,the treatment group had 108 ovulation,and the control group had 71 ovulation.It was concluded that there was a significant difference in ovulation cycle between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.（4）After treatment,the rate of ovulation in the treatment group was 76.06%,the ovulation rate in the control group was44.93%,and the ovulation rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The ovulation rate after treatment in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the two groups（P<0.05）.（5）Two groups of patients before treatment FSH,LH,FSH/LH and E2 were not seen no significant differences（P>0.05）,comparable in the two groups after treatment of FSH,LH,FSH/LH value,E2 increases,all have significant differences than before treatment（P<0.05）,group comparison between FSH,LH,FSH/LH and E2 also showed A significant difference（P<0.05）,but the treatment group is better than the control group（6）There was no significant difference in the number of antral follicles between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the number of antral follicles in treatment group increased significantly compared with that before treatment（P<0.05）.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of antral follicles in the control group（P>0.05）,and there was a significant difference in the number of antral follicles between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（7）The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 43.33%,the pregnancy rate in the control group was 16.67%,and the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The pregnancy rate in the two groups was significantly different（P<0.05）.（8）In the treatment group,1 were lost in 13 embryos,and 1 in the control group,5 cases lost in the embryo.The two group had a significant difference in the rate of loss of embryos（P<0.05）.The loss trend of the embryo in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of TCM and Western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of infertility due to decreased ovarian reserve function compared with hormone therapy in western medicine.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,improve the level of hormones in the body,promote the development and excretion of follicular,thereby increasing the pregnancy rate.It also reduces the trend of embryo loss,which is conducive to the maintenance of pregnancy and the survival of embryos.
