The Study On Experience Of Chinese Medicine Master Chen Huinong In Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective: To collect and sort out the clinical medical records of Professor Chen Huinong’s treatment of DOR,to analyze the law of differentiation and treatment of DOR disease,syndrome,prescription and medicine by using data mining method,and to sum up his experience.To explore Professor Chen Huinong’s academic thought in treating ovarian reserve dysfunction,to provide objective scientific basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction,and to improve the clinical effect of TCM diagnosis and treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction.Methods: To collect the clinical records and prescriptions of Professor Chen Huinong for the treatment of ovarian reserve decline from 2010 to June 2020,to screen them strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,to standardize the syndromes,symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine in the medical records,to input them into the Microsoft Excel 2019 software in the form of dichotomous variables,to form a database of drugs used by Professor Chen Huinong for the treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction,and to use Microsoft Excel 2019、SPSS Statistics 25.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software to analyze the data with frequency statistics,cluster analysis,factor analysis and association rules analysis.The results were analyzed and discussed in combination with modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine theory.Results: 1.General data analysis: the average age of clinical patients was 6.51±3.74 years old,the maximum age was 45 years old,the minimum age was 25 years old,the shortest course of disease was 1 month,the longest was16 years.2.Frequency analysis: 110 cases of standard cases,a total of 1128 consultations,involving 1128 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.The proportion of infertility in 1128 cases was the highest(399times,35.37%),followed by menstruation(391 times,34.66%)and menstruation(350 times,31.03%).The first 3 cases were kidney yin deficiency syndrome(417 times),36.97%,),kidney deficiency and liver depression(267 times,23.67%),Syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney(155 times),13.74%),The number of symptoms in the top 5 is: less menstrual volume(391 times),Dry mouth(382 times),Sleep well(379 times),Blood clots(369 times),Early menstruation(350 times),The highest frequency of tongue veins is: tongue red,The fur is thin and white,The veins are heavy.1128 prescriptions include 172,All the drugs were 14622 times,The first 10 places were licorice,dodder,angelica sinensis,tortoise shell,cooked Rehmannia glutinosa,Lycium barbarum,yam,Phellodendron chinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cornus officinalis.A total of 17 types of Chinese medicines were found to be involved in drug efficacy analysis,The most frequently used tonic drugs,With 41 drugs,60.63% of the total drug,Heat-clearing drugs,accounting for 11.26% of the total drug.In sex statistics,Flat,Sweet drugs,The main meridian is liver,kidney and pilosula,yam,licorice;High frequency drug association rules show that the commonly used drug pairs of Professor Chen Huinong are Ophiopogon japonicus Schisandra chinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,dodder Codonopsis,Anemarrhena tortoiseshell,Cortex Phellodendri-Anemarrhena,the core drugs are Cortex Phellodendri,Anemarrhena,Radix Rehmanniae,Tortoise,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Cuscuta,Lycium barbarum and Angelica sinensis. ccording to the high frequency drug association rules,Chen Huinong’s prescription for teaching and nourishing eggs is obtained.4.Cluster analysis obtained the following 8 groups of drug cluster combination: C1: dry lotus,Ligustrum lucidum,Ejiao,mulberry parasitism,bone skin;C2: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Polygonum multiflorum,Faxia,Mulberry,Dendrobium,Melia toosendan;C3 : antler gum,Morinda officinalis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rehmannia glutinosa;C4: Radix Pseudostellariae,Schisandra chinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Dipsacus;C5: Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Codonopsis,Astragalus,Radix Paeoniae Alba;C6:licorice,dodder,angelica;C7: Cortex Phellodendri,Anemarrhena,tortoise shell,cooked land;C8: raspberry,medlar,dogwood,yam.5.Factors were extracted as follows: Cortex Phellodendri F1:,Cortex Moutan,Anemarrhena,Dendrobium,Morula and Rehmannia glutinosa;F2:mulberry parasitism;F3: raspberry,licorice,dodder,Codonopsis pilosula,medlar,yam;F4 : Schisandra Chen Huinong believes that DOR patients are mainly deficiency of kidney yin,involving heart,liver and spleen.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of DOR,prescription drugs like to use Dabuyin pills,Zuo Gui pills,Guishen pills,Erzhi pills and other tonifying kidney and nourishing yin,tonifying pulp and essence prescription,mainly to calm the drug,and like to use E jiao,antler gum,gecko and other flesh and blood sentimental products.
