Objective To explore the application value of ishim-ivim in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:37 patients were collected for surgical treatment of thyroid nodular hyperthyroidism, totaling 40 nodules. All patients underwent conventional MRI and ishim-ivim scanning. The IVIM parameter values of nodules were measured and analyzed statistically.Parameters of statistically significant, draw the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC),and calculate the area under the curve(AUC),a best threshold value in identifying benign nodules, its sensitivity and specificity. Results:the D value of benign nodules was significantly higher than that of malignant nodules, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference between benign and malignant nodules D*value and f value.Taken D=1.593x 10-3mm2/s as threshold for diagnosing benign and malignant nodules, the sensitivity was 93.7%and the specificity was 83.3%.Conclusion:the parameter D value of IVIM is of great significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which can help to differentiate the diagnosis.
