Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi-yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Prescription

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Recipe on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis,to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of DPN,to make an objective study on the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of DPN,in order to better achieve the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and to provide more effective methods for the treatment of DPN.Method,make up for the limitations of Western medicine in the treatment of DPN.Methods: Randomized control group was used in the experiment.All the cases were from the outpatient and inpatient departments of secretion department in Guanggu Hospital of Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group according to 1:1.Both groups met the blood sugar standard on the basis of hypoglycemic treatment.After two weeks,blood sugar was stable,the control group was treated with methylcobalamin tablets0.5 mg/time,three times/day,and the experimental group was treated with methylcobalamin.The whole experiment was observed for12 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,Toronto score,blood sugar and blood lipid were recorded before and after the treatment.Statistical evaluation was made after the end of the experiment.At the same time,the discomfort symptoms and adverse reactions during the experiment were closely observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 56.67%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<O.05),suggesting that Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Decoction could improve the comprehensive curative effect of DPN patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis;(2)After treatment,FBG and 2h PG in the two groups decreased to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb A1 c in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,Hb A1 c in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,indicating that Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang had a certain degree of difference(P<0.05).Hypoglycemic effect;(3)The comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both the experimental group and the control group were effective in treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the average score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significantly less than thatin the control group,indicating that Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang could treat DPN of Qiyin deficiency and blood stasis type.The clinical symptoms of the patients improved to a certain extent;(4)The nerve conduction velocity of the two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment.There were statistical differences in SNCV of median nerve,SNCV of common peroneal nerve,MNCV of median nerve and MNCV of common peroneal nerve before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05),indicating that the nerve conduction velocity of the experimental group was improved after treatment;SNCV of common peroneal nerve and MN of common peroneal nerve in the control group were improved after treatment.CV had significant difference(P<0.05),but SNCV of median nerve and MNCV of median nerve had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,SNCV of median nerve,SNCV of common peroneal nerve,MNCV of median nerve and MNCV of common peroneal nerve had significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05),and after treatment,the average nerve conduction velocity of experimental group was higher than that of control group,indicating that nourishing qi and nourishing yin The improvement of nerve conduction velocity of DPN patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis by Tongluo recipe is better than that of the control group,which also reflects the effectiveness of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Recipe on DPN to a certain extent;(5)The Toronto score of two groups was compared.After treatment,the Toronto score of both groups was decreased.There was statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the average Toronto score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It indicated that Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang was effective for deficiency of both Qi and Yin combined with blood.The improvement of Toronto score in patients with Stasis-Type DPN was effective,and the improvement degree was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Prescription can improve the clinical efficacy of DPN patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients,reduce glycosylated hemoglobin and improve blood lipid indicators,and traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients and the results of relevant laboratory examinations,and alleviate the pain of patients without obvious.Adverse reactions.
