Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongluo Method Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Bubble Washing In The Treatment Of Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:The main focus of the study is to observe the clinical efficacy and difference of Yiqi Tongluo therapy combining With TCM soaking-washing therapy on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)and do comparative effectiveness research.Through TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,internal and external treatment,this article will show the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,bring its advantages to full play and explore the application value of Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing on peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy,with the aim to provide safe and effective treatments for peripheral neuropathy resulting from chemotherapy and to open a new approach for the treatment for peripheral neuropathy resulting from chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The randomly compared researching method was adopted.Conducted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine during January 2020 to January 2021,this study randomly divided 72 patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)into control group(36 cases)and treatment group(36 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment(Such as nutritional support and other symptomatic treatment)plus Mecobalamin dispersible tablets 0.5g TID oral.In addition to the treatments in the control group,the treatment group was given Yiqi Tongluo recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine soakingwashing.Four weeks later,the improvement of peripheral neurotoxicity,the influence on functional state score and the short-term efficacy were evaluated by comparing the neurotoxicity classification,TCM syndrome score and functional state score(KPS)before and after the treatment.With vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function and kidney function as the safety observation indexes,this research observed the safety of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing method,and recorded the adverse reactions of patients during treatment and timely treatment.All date analyzed by Excel database and spss22.0 software,this the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:In the course of the study,2 cases were excluded for various reasons,1 case in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group,which were not included in the statistical analysis.Finally,a total of 70 patients completed the clinical study,including 35 cases in the treatment group and35 cases in the control group.The results are as follows.1.Baseline data: the age,gender and chemotherapy regimen of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed,the results were P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference,indicating that the two groups can be compared.2.Neurotoxicity classification: the neurotoxicity classification of the two groups before treatment was statistically analyzed,P>0.05,which can be compared.Intra group comparison:rank sum test was performed on the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment of the two groups were effective;inter group comparison: the neurotoxicity classification of the two groups after treatment was statistically analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and that of the control group was 68.57%.By rank sum test:Z=-2.187,P=0.029,P<0.05,there was a difference between the two groups.3.TCM syndrome score: before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P>0.05,which can be compared.Intra group comparison: the control group and the treatment group were paired t test before and after treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were effective;inter group comparison: the two groups after treatment by independent sample t test,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 62.86%.By rank sum test:Z=-2.895,P=0.004,P<0.01,it indicated that there was significant difference between the two groups.In this study,the main symptoms of TCM clinical symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were statistically analyzed.The results showed that Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing had better performance in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with skin unkindness,less Qi and lazy speech,and skin nail error than pure Mecobalamin,but there was no significant difference in the improvement of pain symptoms between the two groups.4.Karnofsky score: before treatment,karnoky score of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P>0.50,which can be compared.Intra group comparison: the control group and the treatment group were tested by rank sum test before and after treatment,the control group was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were effective.Comparison between groups: statistical analysis of two groups after treatment Karnofsky score,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was91.43%,and that of the control group was 80%.By rank sum test:Z=-2.770,P=0.006,P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups.5.Safety test: the vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function and renal function of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there was no obvious change,indicating that there was no obvious adverse reaction and the safety was good.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy has better curative effect than western medicine symptomatic treatment alone,and can significantly reduce the grade of peripheral neurotoxicity.2.Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy has better curative effect than simple western medicine symptomatic treatment,can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,especially in the skin unkind,less Qi lazy and skin nail error.3.Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy has better curative effect than simple western medicine symptomatic treatment,can significantly improve the functional status score of patients,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.4.Yiqi Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking-washing in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy has high safety and no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
