Clinical Research On Chronic Acalculous Cholecystitis Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency With Damp-heat Syndrome By Sisi Lidan Decoction

Research purposes:This study aims to provide a new way for the treatment of Chronic Acalculous Cholecystitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine by observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Sisi Lidan Decoction in the treatment of Chronic Acalculous Cholecystitis(liver depression and spleen deficiency with damp-heat syndrome).Research methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,80 patients with CAC(liver depression and spleen deficiency with damp-heat syndrome)were diagnosed in the spleen and stomach department clinic of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.80 patients who met the inclusion criteria and participated in the study were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Sisi Lidan Decoction,and the control group was treated with Danning Tablet.The TCM syndromes,Gallbladder Color Doppler efficacy and disease efficacy before and after treatment were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Research result:1.The scores of individual TCM syndrome scores were compared.The difference of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the control group,the right flank pain,thirst and bitterness in the mouth,uncomfortable stool,and abdominal distension were observed before and after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of abdominal distensions(P<0.01),but there was no significant differencein the scores of body fatigue,anorexia,and abdominal pain(P>0.05).The two group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01)in the comparison of the five TCM syndrome scores of body fatigue,uncomfortable stool,abdominal distension,anorexia,and abdominal pain(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of thirst and bitterness in the mouth and the right flank pain(P>0.05).2.Compared with the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate was91.7% in the treatment group and 64.7% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Compared with the effect of Gallbladder Color Doppler ultrasound,the total effective rate was 86.1% in the treatment group and 64.7% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Compared with the disease efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.4%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.No significant adverse effects were observed in the two groups of patients during treatment.Research conclusion:Sisi Lidan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and Gallbladder Color ultrasonography of patients with CAC(liver depression and spleen deficiency with damp-heat syndrome),and has no obvious adverse reactions and high safety.This study can provide new therapeutic ways for the treatment of Chronic Acalculous Cholecystitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
