| Objective:By discussing the pathological mechanism and clinical research of chronic cholecystitis(CC),we observed the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,gallbladder color doppler ultrasound and comprehensive therapeutic effect of the method of soothing the liver,promoting the circulation of gallbladder and warming the spleen(Shugan Lidan Wenpi method)combined with the Anethol Trithione Capsules on the patients with gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome of CC,to investigate the clinical effect of this therapy on the syndrome of gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold of CC,we hope to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of CC.Methods:All the 72 patients were from the department of liver,spleen and stomach of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine.According to the inclusion criteria,the patients with gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome of CC were randomly divided into test group and control group,with 36 in each group,the control group was treated with Anethol Trithione Capsules,the test group was treated with prescription of Shugan Lidan Wenpi method combined with the Anethol Trithione Capsules.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,the scores of TCM symptoms and the changes of gallbladder color Doppler ultrasound were recorded after 0,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:1.General data comparisonBefore treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease and TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of TCM single symptom scoresAfter 2 weeks of treatment:(1)Comparison between the two groups:except nausea and limb pain,the other symptoms of test group were significantly better improved than those in control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between after 2 weeks of treatment and before treatment,there were significant differences in the test results of each index in the test group(P<0.05),and in addition to dry mouth,nausea and limb pain,the other indexes show an extremly distinct difference(P<0.01).In the control group,there were significant differences in the symptoms of pain in ribs,morning bitter,nausea,abdominal distension and physical signs(P<0.05),the differences in the symptoms of pain in ribs,morning bitter and physical signs were extremly distinct.After 4 weeks of treatment:(1)Comparison between the two groups:except morning bitter and nausea,the comparison of other indexes between the two groups was significantly,and the test group is better.(2)Compared with before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,the test results of each index in the test group show an extremly distinct difference(P<0.01).In the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the other indexes except the aversion to cold and limb pain.3.Comparison of the total scores of TCM symptomsThe total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups after 2 weeks and 4weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups after 4weeks of treatment was better than that after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.01),and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.01).4.Analysis of therapeutic effect of gallbladder color ultrasoundThe comparison of curative effect between before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of test group was94.4%,4 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,14 cases were improved,2 cases were invalid.In the control group,the total effective rate was 75%,2cases were cured,7 cases were effective,18 cases were improved and 9 cases were invalid.The results showed that after four weeks of treatment with Shugan Lidan Wenpi method and Anethol Trithione Capsules,the improvement of the imaging results of the patients was better than that of the single use of the capsule.5.Comparison of comprehensive curative effectAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 91.7% in the test group and 72.2% in the control group,and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).6.Security analysis According to the safety index,Shugan Lidan Wenpi method and Anethol Trithione Capsules did not cause adverse reactions and toxic side effects during this trial.Conclusion:1.The Shugan Lidan Wenpi method combined with Anethol Trithione Capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome of CC,and the effect is better than Anethol Trithione Capsules alone.2.The Shugan Lidan Wenpi method combined with Anethol Trithione Capsules can effectively improve the gallbladder color ultrasonic manifestation of the patients with gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome of CC,and the effect is better than Anethol Trithione Capsules alone.3.The comprehensive curative effect of Shugan Lidan Wenpi method combined with Anethol Trithione Capsules on gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome of CC is obviously better than that of anethole capsule alone. |
